Avoid the cheapest rooms - they are very small and pokey! I regret booking it. We also found the hotel very noisy, at least it was the night we stayed. There's an atrium through the middle of the building with a bar at the bottom...the noise from it travels throughout the whole hotel.

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff and good location. Room was tasteful but a bit on the smallish size. Excellent selection of eating and drinking places nearby so spoilt for choice. Only downside was the cost.

I went on a saturday night. They had a weekend rate at less than £150 for a double room which I find reasonnable for a small, comfortable, contemporarily designed 4* hotel in central london ( 1 tube stop from St Pancrass). The lobby and restaurant are neat, comfortable and well designed with central light well going all the way down from the roof (5 or 6 floors). The rooms are nicely decorated, well equipped and with a wet room type bathroom. The service ( 24h) was friendly and fast. If I was really looking for a fault I would say that the TV is a bit small and noisy ( it's a TV card PC, so the PC has to be on to watch TV).

This is a really nice botique hotel situated conveniently near Farrindgon Tube station. I took my two teenage children to see a show in London. We were given a really well furnished, good feeling room - giving us an extra single 'put up' bed was no trouble for the staff at an extra cost of £30. We were on the fourth floor - beware if you don't have a head for heights .. you look down through the middle of the hotel to the ground floor. But really welcoming - would definitely go back.

Dont get me wrong... The Zetter is great, stay there... you will love itHowever, on the off chance that they actually read these things, the cracks are beginning to show!Very clever posh vending machine system on each floor... not working!Used to have shaving equipment & toothbrushes available in room (now located in broken vending machine!)Laminate bathroom cabinets beginning to look tattyWindow Shutters no longer close properly letting a lot of light ineco friendly soaps etc in such bad packaging that it actually states "do not get wet" on the back!... that one had us in stitches! (eco friendly is good, but not at the cost of practicality!)So.... a very nice hotel? ... yes, I still advise you to stay there, trust me, I have seen them all in the area and this is by far the best.... let's just hope they iron out the wrinkles!

The bed was one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in. The room was very clean. The staff were helpful. The continental breakfast was expensive. However, I did like the "real" jam out of a jar.

A Very easy booking through laterooms and all details correct. The room was only small and basic but the bed very comfortable with the best pillows!Sadly upset that we could not make a cup of tea in the room and had to trapse down the corridor to a machine ?!Breakfast expensive and not particularly cooked well - we must learn to send things back! Great location and the reception staff were extremely helpful with our stay.

The Zetter has long been a favorite in the City for it's funky up-beat style and amazing food, the only two negatives are the additional costs (you pay for EVERYTHING) and that the finishes are generally getting a little tired these days and could do with a once over....p.s. the hotel only has one parking space.... book it early!

Nice room with only niggle being the pointless PC-based tv which takes ages to turn on.. No matter, this Hotel was a nice surprise, with a comfortable bed & relatively quiet given it's central loaction etc.. As with most London Hotels the price is very high for what you get... Didn't have breakfast as this was £16.50...

We checked into the hotel and the rooms...
We checked into the hotel and the rooms were fabulous, unfortunately as we were leaving our room to go out for the evening we discovered that the door lock was not working, leaving our room unlocked. After ringing the front desk and waiting for about 30 minutes to be sorted we then had to pack our room up and move to another room, great, we leave our things and went out. When we returned and stepped into the bathroom, the toilet had a severe leak and the entire floor was flooded! We had to lay towels down, as we were only there for one night and it was after midnight when we discovered this we only reported it in the morning as we left and were settling the bill, given the hotel's reputation we expected to be offered the two drinks we had had in the hotel bar to be taken off our tab, but this didn't happen!Despite this I would recommend the hotel as I'm sure not everyone will have a broken door and a broken toilet involved in their stay!
