What you need to know
The Wyndham Grand is one of London’s few all suite hotels and is situated in the exclusive enclave of Chelsea Harbour on the Thames. Some might feel that it’s a little bit off the beaten track but that’s half its appeal. When you are in residence you really don’t feel like you are staying in London at all. The villagey atmosphere means it is remarkably quiet and the marina setting is more South of France than South of London. Its address makes it handy for those who want to balance the closeness to Heathrow with ease of access to the West End.
The Wyndham Grand Chelsea Harbour is currently undergoing an exciting refurbishment. Please find below our estimated dates and timescales for the work being carried out, and the areas which will be directly affected. We have reduced our Suite Rates during these periods to compensate for any inconvenience which may be caused.
1st March – August: Penthouse Floor refurbishment
20th April – 16th November: Conference/Meeting Rooms refurbishment
27th April – 6th January 2010: Restaurant refurbishment. The main restaurant will be closed for lunch and dinner during this period. We will offer an extended lunch and dinner menu in the Bar
27th April – 10th May: Breakfast will be served in the restaurant
11th May – August: Breakfast will be served in the Drakes Suite
10th July – March 2010: Health Club refurbishment. The Health Club and Spa will be opening Spring 2010
All refurbishment work will take place between 09.00 and 18.00, so please be aware that there may be noisy works taking place during this period. The Hotel will close on 19th December at 12 noon The Hotel will reopen on 6th January 2010 at 12 noon
