The Westbury is in a great location to get to many places you want to eat, drink and shop. The service was excellent and our room was very good, excellent value for the price we paid but not worth the apparent £590.00 a night if you don't get a deal through LateRooms.com.Breakfast was excellent also, we would definately stay here next time were in the city and would recommend it to all our friends.

Managed to get the rooms at a discounted rate and it was very good value for decent sized room. Amazing value too given the location.

Everything about our stay was perfect, the room, the ambiance and the courteous staff. We enjoyed drinks in the Polo Lounge, again perfect service. I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Ideally situated within easy walking distance to Bond St. etcOn a footnote, I left some items of clothing in my room, and on contacting the hotel were so helpful in locating these items and they are to forward them by post.

Excellent hotel and accommodation. Central location meant that we could walk to all the major sights. Very friendly staff. Clean room. For central London it is a very good deal.

Excellent location, very close to great shopping and good restaurants. Despite central location, very quiet at night. For the price paid, it was an incredible value; would definitely stay again. Rooms small, but very neat and clean with good firm mattress. Found the staff extremely pleasant and non-pretentious.

The hotel was in an excellent location being in the heart of Mayfair. We could not fault the price for the service received and the quality and size of the room. The valet parking service was reasonably priced at £30 per night, much cheaper than parking on a London street elsewhere and the convenience of having your car when you want it makes it well worth it. The breakfast was excellent, great value for money as i have paid similar money for breakfasts in other hotels not up to this standard. The room was very comfortable, not huge but everything you need and at the price paid for a central London Hotel this is a great place to stay. If you want a bigger room you can pay more but this was certainly big enough for a couple wanting to visit London for a weekend.

Overall an excellent hotel. Difficult to score everything as I was only there one night but it is in a very good area and the staff are very good as far as i could judge. Room was clean and spacious. TV facilities were a disappointment and not in the 5* category like the rest of the hotel. Few channels worth watching, no Sky Sports.

The "Queen" size rooms are small and the decor poor for the price. The finishing of the decor in the bathroom is really poor, almost bad DIY standard. The worst aspect of the accomodation is the slamming of room doors along the corridor due to the door closing mechanisms and lack of dampers. Noise from adjacent rooms was also bad. On the plus side the staff were excellent and the room service was good. The location was useful for our planned events over the weekend.

Deluxe Double Room sleeps 2 Breakfast not included: Non Smoking Requested, 2 Adults. The location is very good regarding shopping, clubing, cinema and thearte. However, it was a bit noisy at night, especially some rooms close to the road. The service is good. when i required to change a room since the quality problem of rooms, i was accepted quickly to change and a nice leaving message is so warm to me!although the new one had anohter problems as well! For the first one, the sight/view of windows is halfly blocked by other buildings. Regarding the second one, the sight is good, but the size of the room is much smaller than the first one, and the noisy is understandable and acceptable as facing to the busy popular area. I understand the sizes of room are vary, but this very visible change should not happen as a ranked 5 star hotel. So I kindly ask u to treat ur customers as customers, but not stupid people regarding their age.

Fantastic location. We requested a twin room as I was staying with my daughter, but it was made up as a double - they rectified it whilst we were out shopping - brilliant! Disappointed with the 'Superior Room', bathroom extractor did not work, and the mirror had no heat pads behind, result - steam! Noise transmits through adjoining door to the next room, and whilst not a problem staying with my daughter, possibly a different story on a 'romantic weekend'?

Our stay at the Westbury was most pleasurable. The staff were courteous, personable and very attentive. Room was spotlessly clean.Full marks! At the discounted rate the rooms seemed excellent value. If paying full price, I would have to say that the rooms are a little on the small side though. Breakfast service was superb, with no queues. Polo bar has a great ambiance with discrete service. A fine place to stay in Mayfair!

When we checked in, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a comfortable seating area (executive suite?), which we were happy to accept. The room was very comfy, although the bathroom could do with refurbishing. The staff at reception are very courteous and efficient. We've stayed at the Westbury several times now and are always happy to return.
