I felt rather lucky when I discovered Vancouver studios on laterioms.com, but everything seemed too good to be true! Once I arrived at the reception though I knew right away that this place was a well hidden gem and I was a lucky man for staying there. They have paid attention to every single detail throughout the whole building and I loved the lounge with the fireplace and the cute cat and all the antiques carefully scattered throughout the hotel... I stayed for one night in April on the 4th floor on one bed studio. It wasn't a large room, but sufficient for my needs. The price I paid was quite a lot lower than the normal rate, which made it an ever better bargain! The only negatives that I have are that there is no lift in the building and getting to the 4th floor can be tiring and second better attention in cleaning behind the radiators is needed. All together I will certainly be staying there again, especially when the tube station is so close together with many beautiful caffes and restaurants. Highly reccomended :-)

I booked a double apartment at Vancouver studios the day before going for a night out in London with my boyfriend as we didn't want to travel back to Kent afterwards. It is a very difficult task to find decent accommodation at a good rate in London, but Vancouver studios surpassed all expectations. I was worried there was some kind of catch as the price was so reasonable. The room was very clean and tidy and the facilities are great. Yes it is small for an 'apartment', but for 2 people it's perfect. It was a shame I had to get up for work early the next day as I would have liked to take advantage of the kitchen facilities. I would definitely recommend to others and use myself in the near future.

I expected a small room, with some an issues, but good value. Got It !
No major issues.....just niggles.

Good accommodation, great location. Quite compact so taller/larger person might struggle with small wc/sink area and steep, narrow stairs to top floor. Quite noisy - could hear people coming home at night, opening doors, etc. But location makes up for all this!!

The Vancouver Studios is well located, accessible via two tube stations and well placed for eateries, supermarkets and Kensington and Hyde Parks.
The accommodation is of an excellent standard and decorated and furnished to a high spec. Within a few minutes we were completely at ease, a real home from home and a firmself catering favourite with my partner and I when in London.

Very good location, very clean hotel, at all areas, both common and private. Very stylish, it gives a flair of English countryside. The staff were very smiley and helpful, my single bed room was very enjoyable. 24 hour reception desk. Good value for money. Definitely recommended.

I have better things to do than compose your marketing materials!

We spent 5 nights at Vancouver Studios and everything was perfect!
Our huge unit was well furnished, bed excellent and the situation was perfect !!!
I'll definetely stay there next trip to London

Great little hotel with excellent facilities. Single room and bathroom very small but had everything needed, and clean.
A bit hard to find - sign outside small and hard to spot but staff very friendly and helpful.
However no lift and no help with luggage if you are on top floors. But a good place to stay.

There was a mix up with the booking and the staff were very friendly and helpful in sorting the problem out and accomodating us for the night. The room was excellent and provided really good value for money. I would definitly stay here again.

We stayed in the 2 bed appt. which is actually in Craven Hill Gardens, 10 mins walk from Vancouver Studios, but they got us a cab to get there. Appt was excellent. Ground floor, fitted out and furnished to a high standard.

Very homely on entering, lovely lounge for relaxing in, and very friendly cat! However, I slept badly on the first night due to noise from another guest (which was eventually rectified by calling reception twice; on the 2nd night I used earplugs); pillows were incredibly uncomfortable as well. Bathroom in excellent condition. Overall good value for central London, with plenty of cafes/restaurants with a very short walk of the studios. Not sure I'd stay again without taking my own pillow, though...

I didn't like the fact that we had to carry our huge luggage to the 4th floor because they didn't have any lift services available. But other than that, we loved it!

No lifts in hotel. If u have heavy luggage & stay on the higher floors, then good luck to u.
Charging GBP130 with no breakfast included is too $$$ for this type of hotel. The TV is unwatchable as it's placed very high up. No Sky Sports TV channel.

I work as a maternity nurse in London and needed somewhere to sleep away from new baby and nervous parents. I enjoyed a days shopping and came back to my room for a comfortable nights sleep.
