Great choice and price for visiting Central London

We only stayed for one night and this turned out to be a great location for our visit. The room was well decorated, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good, and served to our room at no extra cost. Tea and coffee was available served to your room 24 hrs a day at no extra cost. A 2 minute walk to Earls court underground. We really enjoyed our stay and will use this hotel again.

A fab night

We were very happy with our stay at the Nevern. The TV was not working on arrival but support quickly came and resolved the problem with a new cable.Delivery of beverages to room was excellent and free.A wonderful breakfast in georgeous surroundings. So close to Earls Court station and a 30min trip to Heathrow.Im sure you will enjoy your stay there.

Great Staff

The staff were wonderful, the room was very tiny, but comfortable and clean, the continental breakfast was good, and the complementary tea to my room was lovely. Overall, a very charming hotel. The only disapointment was that free WiFi was advertised, but it would only work in the sitting room downstairs, not in my room, so wasn't able to work efficently. I would ask them to add Internet to the rooms.

The breakfast was not extensive but pleasant. Free option to have it in your room. No tea or coffee but that could be requested at any time and was good. Good character to rooms, though not big. A quiet night's sleep.

Best quality and price value in London

If you are American, you will be disappointed with - generally, all over town - London hotel room sizes (they are on the small side). 20 Nevern is no exception (regular rooms are on the small side) but it is amazing value for your money: I have been in many 5* hotels, all over the world, who don't offer as much as the 20 Nevern (service, style, mood, location, etc). And you are a lucky chap if you manage to get your hands on a a suite (I recommend the Ottoman suite). Makes you feel like a very wealthy man on holiday (without the price tag). Strongly recommended!

Worth visiting

This is a town house which seems to mean not as much space or service as a hotel. For our two evenings when we were out for most of one of the days, this was good for what we were doing. We had Room 7 which has a four poster. If you wanted to spend plenty of time in the room, the bathroom is very tiny - good quality but tiny for two people. The room is lovely though again a little small for the size of the bed. You do need to ask for tea / coffee which arrives quickly. Service was fine though the staff sometimes seemed unsure as to what they need to do. We had breakfast in the room and had to ask twice for the parts of the breakfast they didn't bring the first time - all good when it came!
