Located in the beating heart of London's financial district, just moments from the Bank of England in the City, Threadneedles is a marvellous 5* boutique hotel. Part of the stylish Eton Collection, guests need only cross nearby London Bridge to find themselves on the entertaining South Bank, with the instantly recognisable Tower Bridge in full view. St Paul's Cathedral is another attraction within walking distance.
Getting Around
The nearest big rail station to the hotel is Liverpool Street, making Threadneedles especially convenient if you are arriving from Stansted Airport or the east of England. However, you can travel directly to Liverpool Street on the tube from other big stations such as Kings Cross St Pancras, Paddington and Victoria.
There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, which serves many routes. Number 26 heads to Waterloo on the south side of the Thames, 242 takes you into the centre of Soho, while 23 goes all the way through the West End into Paddington.

Offering a twist on modern French cuisine, Bonds Restaurant is a sophisticated setting in which to enjoy a high quality meal. The breakfast menu contains almost any style of breakfast you can think of, from traditional English and New York to healthy options, cereals, fruits, yoghurts and pastries, all served with freshly squeezed fruit juices, tea and coffee.
The lunch and dinner menu features mouth-watering fish, meat and vegetarian dishes, as well as a selection of creative desserts. Afternoon tea can also be taken, while there is also an inviting tapas menu in the evenings, featuring fish and meat platters along with light snacks.
