The hotel was well equipt, very neat and clean.

I was initially given a single room in a building on the opposite side of the road to the main hotel. I didn't mind the small size of the room, but the lock on the door was broken, the phone didn't work and the bathroom was very shabby. I went back to reception and asked for my room to be changed as felt uncomfortable in a room that didn't lock properly. They happily obliged and moved me into a nicer twin room in the main hotel. Review is however based on my original room as this is the one they gave me initially and had I not complained they would have been happy to leave me there. However the quality of the other facilities i.e pool, breakfast etc were great and as long as you get a decent room it's a very nice hotel to stay in.

I would never stay there again even if they paid me the room was dirty! cold! the food is rubbish and massively over priced! There was stains on the wall in our room.

The hotel seemed to offer good value, the room was small and looking a bit shabby as well as facing the road junction so was noisy. Average room.

This hotel offers good value for anyone wanting to stay in this part of London.

there is a nearby excellent fish and chip restaurant if you want a change or plenty at the angel direct on the 205 bus one stop away

Very useful hotel for people like me who need to attend business functions in the city. Very comfortable bed in decent room.....not big but all that was needed was there.

Annexe a bit scary - room tiny but okay - service good and staff v helpful - funny location - walls a but thin - prefer Hol Inn Express

The room was shabby, dated, badly maintained, its pitiful glazing allowed outside noise in from outside and the thin internal walls allowed no protection from the row issued by the people next door. The fan in the bathroom which could not be switched off issued a whistling that lasted all night. There was no air conditioning. The kettle didn't work. The wallpaper was peeling off. The soap dish was hanging off in the bathroom. There were gaps in the sealant in the bathroom. The corridors smelled of damp. Even in the centre of London you would have been disappointed to pay £40 for this, never mind £124.80 Depressing. Nice staff on reception but this didn't compensate for the poor experience.

Would not stay here again was ok for one night did asked 2 be moved but staff said hotel was full
