Great place to stay

The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to find me a room when I arrived at 9am - much appreciated after a long flight. The room was modern, with a spacious living area and a great shower. The area around the bed was small, but perfectly adequate. A real bonus having a washing machine/drier and dishwasher (with instructions provided!). Will definitely stay here again.

Functional stay

I've stayed at the hotel before and had a great experience, hence why I booked again for myself and two colleagues. However, I was really disappointed this time which I think had a lot to do with the position of the room. It was was really noisy and could here the coming and going of other guests staying in the hotel. Everytime a door was opened and closed my room reverberated. Probably one the worst nights sleep I've had in a hotel. The layout of my apartment also wasn't like last time - the kitchen, bedroom and bathroom all merged into one whereas my last stay the areas were all very separate. On the plus side - you get free wi-fi and it your own kitchen so you can relax in your space which I like.

Great staff and value for money!

I stayed at Think apartments for two nights in March, with friends. We had a very enjoyable stay. Although apartment was a little smaller than expected, it still met the majority of our needs, I felt for a two bed apartment, the seating wasn't adequate! for the 4 adults staying, there was only a 2 seater sofa, which made it difficult to relax comfortably. However the location was perfect! just a short walk to the Olympia exhibition centre, where we spend our two days, and the 24 hr tesco next door was very convenient. The apartments were clean and tidy with modern facilities and we found all staff very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Excellent for long business trips

I only stayed at Think Earls Court for one night, during an exhibition. It is conveniently located just next to a Tesco supermarket, a 5 minute walk to Earls Court station and just off the A4.
The room was spacious, well equipped and perfect for a business stay. The self catering approach meant that you had flexibility to choose how you ate and all the appliances required to cook were available.
There was also free internet and a 4 seater table, perfect for working at. If you are on business for a long period of time, then serviced apartments are ideal - you have space, flexibility and room to host people or just relax without feeling confined to a bedroom.

So much better than a hotel.

This was wonderful value for money and I thought there must be a catch, but there wasn't. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on in London and after a busy day treking around a trade faira in Earls Court the sofa was a very comfortable saviour. The kitchen area is small but has everything you could possibly need. This would be perfect for a longer stay. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Good Value for Money, but Rude Manager!

The apartments are lovely and modern and good value for money.
Really well placed and only 2 minutes from tesco and 5 minutes from Earls Court Tube station, it was a really handy central location.
The staff were polite on check in and depature, however the Manager was possibly the rudest man my partner and I had ever met, which is a shame because the rest of the staff were so lovely and extremely helpful.
Unfortunately his attitude towards us has put us off staying at these particular apartments, but may well use the group again in a different location.

Excellent value for money

This is my third trip to these apartments and as ever, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the place was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The situation is excellent as I often have my car with me and the adjacent Tesco provides parking at £10 per night. The Tesco is also handy for supplies! These apartments represent incredible value for money when staying in central London and I would thoroughly recommend them.

Great place to stay!

I booked this apartment on lateroom.com in desperation after an awful stay at the Travelodge last time I had to come to London on business. The staff at Think were courteous and efficient, the apartment clean, comfortable and met all our needs as it was well equipt. Infact, we were upgraded from a studio apartment to a 2 bed/2 bathroom apartment with no extra cost, and I had got a bargain in the first place! It would have been lovely to have stayed longer to appreciate it and I will definately be booking again.

Great value for money, although I fear this is merely an introductory rate. Warm and efficient welcome, excellent room and facilities, modern and stylish feel, follow up call to check I was happy with room - nice touch. Basically, by London's v poor mid range hotel standards, this was a real find. Top experience and I will be back, if the price doesn't double...

A home away from home - perfect for the lone traveller!

As a solitary female business traveller I am not a huge fan of staying in hotels as I don't like eating in restaurants alone or living off room service. The Think Studio appartment was a perfect alternative solution. It is a lovely spacious environment with a big sofa, a table + 2 chairs, a double bed, kitchenette and a big separate bathroom (shower and toilet only). All very clean, modern and bright and much bigger than your average studio. I was also delighted to find that the big TV had a built in DVD and there was a hairdryer and ironing board in the room. With a massive Tesco next door it was the perfect find, as I was able to make lovely simple meals and treat myself to some films! As a mum-of-four, it's been years since I've enjoyed my own space so it didn't feel like a business trip but the perfect break! I would definitely recommend Think and will be staying again.

Really easy to find - about a 10 min walk from Earl's Court tube station, with a 24hr Tesco store two min away which made it really handy to grab some food for the apartment. The apartment was a good size with all the mod cons and free wifi too - separate bedroom area which is always good and it was quiet.

Ab - Fab

I booked a one bed apartment for 2 nights and when we arrived, I guess we just 'lucked out' because they actually gave me a 2 bed apartment for the same price! Very handy when travelling with a 17 year old daughter! It was a superb standard apartment and we stayed on 5th floor. If you are looking for the cutlery... it's under the oven in a drawer.
The cleaning once a week thing didn't bother us as we were only there for 2 days but I can see how it would if you were there for a week.
24 hour tesco next door, just a 5 min walk (max) from Earl's Court and Earl's Court Tube - not 10 mins as others have said! The staff were really helpful and friendly and ordered me a taxi for departure. When it turned up, the taxi was an immaculate merc, driver was wearing a suit, and the fare to Victoris was at least 6/7 pounds cheaper than the internet quotes I looked at before travel!
I absolutely loved it and I would definately stay there again. I have recommended Think to all my friends! Thank you for a great mini break :-)

Excellent location for west/central london - easy road access and fairly inexpansive parking (24 hours for £10) at next door Tesco. we were in london for the rugby, so a 5 minute walk to Earls Court station, hop on the tube to Richmond and bingo!
apartment (double) was good quality - only downside was no TV screen on bedroom wall (lounge only) and checking out at 10am on Sunday (or pay an extra 1/3 room cost) is too inflexible.
Sunday mornings are all about having a lie in with a cup of coffee, the Sunday papers and Andrew Marr on the box!
all that said, would definitely stay again and recommend to others - the +'s far outweigh the -'s

Weekend break at Think Earls Court

I stayed at Think Apartments with my husband on a weekend break to London. On arrival the staff were very helpful and accomodating and assisted us with parking and luggage etc. Throughout our stay the staff (inc night staff at 2am) were very helpful in giving us information regarding local attractions and best ways to travel around London etc which was great.
The apartment itself was a little smaller than the pictures had depicted, but none the less very clean, trendy, comfortable and perfect for a couples weekend get away. We decided to use the kitchen facilities and make an evening meal and convieniently there is a huge Tesco right next door which came in handy and after a little trouble with the oven,we managed to have an enjoyable meal with a DVD on,so kitchen facilities ten out of ten.
The only two problems I had with the apartment was firstly the parking and secondly the check in and out times. In regards to parking, it took us a while to figure out how to get into the tesco car park as its on the side of Tesco and that is the parking the apartments use, so that was a little tricky, parking was £20 for 24 hours which I thought was a little much.
Secondly the check in time was 3pm and check out 10am the next morning. I felt check in was abit late and the check out was very early considering the late check in time. The staff were kind enough however to let us check out at 11am at no extra cost, but when I enquired about late check out for an hour extra I was told it would be an extra £60! Which I felt was extortionate.
Overall our stay was pleasant and we will definitely be returning to Think in the near future, whether that's at the same location or a different branch of theirs and would highly recommend it to anybody considering booking with them. Great customer service, clean, peaceful and a relaxing break.

Didn't really sleep at all the walls were paper thin, everytime the entance door outside are room banged we could here, even people walking past talking we could hear! didn't like the idea of the bed being so close to the door! Also we when out in the evening for something to eat and on are return security guard apoached us to show are door key before we could go back upstairs to are room, could really understand why we felt intimadated & embrassed by this. Also when checking out the next morning because we were a few minutes late coming down I was told I would have to pay late checking out fee of 25 pounds! aparently their were calling are phone.lol the phone did not ring once because it wasn't working! after arguing with receptionist, the manager came we explained phone was'nt working and we didn't have to pay 25 pound!
