The apts are fantastic, just what we wanted, central, clean and very well furnished. The staff were very helpful especially when we arrived late and tried to get into the wrong apt! The only 2 things that made it not perfect was the cubicle style bathrooms could lack privacy for some, the light was on a sensor and it came on as soon as you moved out of the bed. Also the apt rooms banged shut very loudly which woke us up a couple of times when other guests came home late.

I would suggest Think Apartments to anyone who wants to be like home in the heart of London. This is not very big but there is room enough to feel comfortable. You can cook there, you have also a dishwasher and a washing machine. And you have a Tesco at 2 min walk. I really enjoy my stay there.

booked two of the two bedroomed apartments for four ladies as we did not want to share bedrooms. It worked out at £75 per person and we each had a double room with en suite bathroom. Excellent apartment, spacious clean and well equipped. I have stayed in several London apartments and many hotels and these are as good a value deal as any. 5 mins walk to Earls court and the benefit of Tesco 24 hr (we collected groceries for breakfast at 1am on way back to hotel) next door made it very handy. Parking expensive in the vacinity but plenty of it. Will definately return with family as very versatile accommodation. Well done Think!

Stay was very comfortable with excellent reception service. My only complaint is the fee taken to use a credit card to book the room. This was on top of the Late Rooms fee

Booked here by default as original hotel had no hot water. This place is lovely, having a sitting room, cooking and washing facilities just made for an excellent stay during a visit to a trade show in Earls Court. Recomended

Pleasantly surprised, as the entrance to the building is baron and leaves you guessing. The standard of accommodation was good, much more spacious than your average London hotel room. As a lone female with no social plans that evening, it was a good experience. I was able to cook my own food (Tesco is next door) and settle down on a comfy sofa with a good book for the evening. Would certainly use when visiting London with children.

Not one for leaving review but here goes. The apartments are Great. Booked on late rooms night before travelling to Earls Court. Read reviews and earlier ones said about building work etc. but it's close to Earls court (5 min walk) so thought I would give it a go.Turned up, quick and easy check in with friendly staff.Up to room, very clean and well appointed studio apartment so lounge area separate, equipment level was great. If I was staying for longer it would have been fantastic. Large F/F, cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, sink, iron ....... Location is good 5 mins to Earls court tube and all the bars etc around there, or a couple of mins in a cab to Kensington. No real facilities in the Apartment building (eating and drinking) but surrounding area is good, there is a big Tesco next door as well. All in all good quality experience stayed on the 3rd floor so was very quite. I would book again no hesitation.

The reception is 24 hrs which is good but the guy who needed to book me in was away from the desk for nearly 10 minutes (the guy sat there couldn't help). The complex is good but it is a good 10/15 minute walk from earls court with bags to carry, although having a tesco almost next door was perfect.

The hotel was still being developed. After specifically requesting a quiet room, I got in contact with reception and asked if I could be moved. They could not accommodate and said they were apparently fully booked on the first 2 floors, as they were the only ones ready & fully furnished. The next two mornings were exactly the same. My partner and I were both woken up by drilling and banging coming directly from outside the room, as well as above. It just wouldn't stop and was unbearable. We went to complain again. Nothing was done, so we left the building for the day and didn't return until the evening. We were told it wouldn't happen again (which it did), but it was too late by then and quite frankly were glad to get out of there. By far the worst experience we've had!

Lovely new apartments, but I never quite did work out the light switches etc !! Also, at time of staying, there was no easy parking, and the closest was at Homebase which charged a rip-off price for a few hours overnight. Other than that, nice place.

The room we had was a studio appartment...
The room we had was a studio appartment which was ideal for the two of us for the time we were there. If you are staying longer and can afford it, then get a one bed as otherwise it gets a bit claustrophopic. Think is located right next door to a 24hr Tesco which is ideal for picking up the various bits and pieces you will need if you are cooking for yourself. There isn't much in the way of restraunts in the area although there are two bars a short walk up the road which did food. Earls Court is about 7 or 8 minutes walk away and is directly across from the tube station. The staff were very helpful. We had a few problems when we were staying due to dicky electrics. The building is new (in fact they are still working on some rooms so expect some noise from pretty early in the morning) and they had been doing some electrical work which led to power failures and problems with us getting into our room and activating the lights. There is a snazzy light control panel on the wall by the door which is illuminated all night. It is a pain in the backside if you like your room completly DARK. Also their is a sensor in the shower room which activates whenever you go in. Ideal......not really, because it can't always sense you in the shower and the lights go off when your covered in soap! You have to wave frantically over the top of the shower screen to get them back on again! Also you need to close the sliding door over at night otherwise the shower room light comes on when you turn over or move in bed. (By the way, its a frosted glass door on the loo so if you don't fancy watching the silouette of your partner on the pan, then this is not the place for you!All in all, a comfortable place. If you can get it at a decent price...great. But there are other places with better local facilities at the same price if you look.

The hotel seems to be still under construction, but my room was ultra modern including a kitchenette and washing machine and internet connection. Great value for money. Will definately stay there again.
