Good value in great location

Very small but clean room, friendly staff
Only negatives are towels a bit worn, no decaffinated coffee either in room or at breakfast and one of the awful tube hairdryers. however you canborrow a real hairdryer from reception

Adequate for the money we paid

Room was a little small but very clean and well decorated. Bathroom small but adequate. We stayed midweek and thought price was good (£60 for twin room). Wouldn't want to pay any more for what we got!

Great place to stay in Earls Court

Hotel is literally a couple of minutes walk from Earls Court tube. Very friendly welcome. Room was very acceptable. Had double bed and single in so was great for one person. Could be a bit squashed for three though! Bathroom was very small but shower was fine-worked well and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was easy,,,,juice, small selection cereal, a yoghurt and croissants and toast with tea and coffee..Bed was comfortable and bedding crisp and clean. Free wifi. No complaints at all.

Small but fine for one night

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the flat screen was a plus. That said, this is the smallest hotel room I have ever stayed in. Despite being a "double room", there is no way two people could stay in this room without falling out with each other. I could almost touch both sides of the room simultaneously. Fine for a night if you're a single traveller.
Excellent location.

Very good for the price

Got a bargain price, so can't complain that the room was a little on the small side (especiall bathroom). Breakfast was basic, but again, good for the value. Room was spotless, but have had to mark down a little bit as saw a very small mouse! I was in the basement though and there were no signs of other creatures!

OK for the money

If the lift had worked it would have been a pleasant stay. But three floors of a Georgian building with bags was a nightmare. The corridors are a bit tight and parking in the area is non-existent (or very expensive). Breakfast is continental so dont expect a bacon butty. But overall for the money its OK.

Clean crisp sheets. Rather thin greyish towels. Comfortable room though the shower pod would be a tight fit for anyone over 9 stone.
The hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a fairly high standard. The pink carpets on the basement stairs were dirty but the rest were fine. The heavy tassels on the room keys undoubtedly stopped guests taking them off the premises but as they shed threads prolifically the stairs, in particular, looked as though they were never hoovered.
Breakfast room was very busy around 9am as guests arrived simultaneously to meet the 9am deadline. Most London hotels serve breakfast till 9.30 and avoid this bottle-neck. Serving staff were unfailingly helpful and good tempered in spite of the pressure.
The hotel acquired a new sign while I was there which greatly improved the outside. Reception is very small and somewhat claustrophobic. There did not appear to be a sitting room for guests.

Wasnt a £200+ room but was adequate for what it was

Firstly the negative bits. The original price of the room was meant to be over £200 which had been dramatically reduced to £79. Clearly it wasn't a £200 room. The room was in the basement, although it does have an outside window, but it did smell a bit damp which wasn't helped by the fact the extractor fan in the shower wasn't working. Being a bit more positive, for a single room it was of a reasonable size and it had free wi-fi and is in a convenient location just around the corner from Earls Court tube and in London you don't get much for £79 per night. If you are staying on a limited budget then it just about passes the value for money test.

Welcoming staff

The staff at this hotel were welcoming and efficient. The room was small (and the bathroom even smaller!) but this is expected of a London hotel. The location was perfect for Earl's Court. The breakfast was Continental but good quality and plenty of it. We were in the front bedroom in the basement but were not disturbed by any noise from the street.

The guest reviews were spot on - it is a bit of a rabbits' warren. But with free wifi and easy access on the tube, I guess 70 pounds is not too bad. No desk or not much place to put anything. Barely could squeeze into the bathroom and shower.
