Can't complain about value for money. His place is in an excellent location right next to the tube.mrooms are very small and standard but this is all reflected in the price so I didn't expect anything too special. Would use again for a quick stay over in the big smoke!

OK for low expectations

The pictures were great but the room was not really. I guess if you are a student or backpacker looking to find a cheap room for a few nights it could be ok since the location is right next to Earl's Court tube station and very convenient.
The bathroom was the size of an airplane's and the elevator was not working during our stay. We appeared to be the only customers in the hotel and when we arrived they said to be waiting for us..
The carpets definitely need some TLC and breakfast was poor. We prefered going to
Costa coffee not far from there. The other hotels receptions on the same street were looking cleaner and more friendly.. but that is just from the outside so who knows.
Not a BAD experience but did not get the comfy room I was expecting.

Very clean with very helpful staff

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was compact, but more than adequate for a nights accommodation. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite. Although the variety on offer for breakfast was limited, then was enough choice to allow me to enjoy it. Would definitely consider staying here again on the next trip. Really close to Earls Court station making it the ideal overnight place no matter where you visit in London.

OK for the money

If the lift had worked it would have been a pleasant stay. But three floors of a Georgian building with bags was a nightmare. The corridors are a bit tight and parking in the area is non-existent (or very expensive). Breakfast is continental so dont expect a bacon butty. But overall for the money its OK.

Clean crisp sheets. Rather thin greyish towels. Comfortable room though the shower pod would be a tight fit for anyone over 9 stone.
The hotel appeared to have been fairly recently refurbished to a fairly high standard. The pink carpets on the basement stairs were dirty but the rest were fine. The heavy tassels on the room keys undoubtedly stopped guests taking them off the premises but as they shed threads prolifically the stairs, in particular, looked as though they were never hoovered.
Breakfast room was very busy around 9am as guests arrived simultaneously to meet the 9am deadline. Most London hotels serve breakfast till 9.30 and avoid this bottle-neck. Serving staff were unfailingly helpful and good tempered in spite of the pressure.
The hotel acquired a new sign while I was there which greatly improved the outside. Reception is very small and somewhat claustrophobic. There did not appear to be a sitting room for guests.

Disappointing

The room and the breakfast were OK. Unfortunately the lift was out of service all four days, my room was on the 4th floor and noone from the staff offered to carry neither my son\'s nor my suitcase! Of course there was no discount because of that!

Very good experience

This hotel is a great hotel, very central. The room was quite small but i was expecting that anyway but it was clean and quiet so we were happy with that. The breakfast is also included and it was excellent. The staff very friendly and helpful. we arrived at 10.30am and were delighted that our room was ready at that stage. I would recommend this hotel.
