I was very impressed with the breakfast service - lots of choice.
Room was lovely, lots of space, good quality bathroom.
Only thing I would complain about is the money - very expensive!
However, would stay there again.

The Front desk, although being polite, gave myself and my partner conflicting information, which became confusing. I was also not instructed adiquately on the payment policy and how / when payment would be taken.
Summary
Well, the service at dinner was really lacking – definitely a training issue as the poor guys were really trying their best. I would also have appreciated a spare blanket in the room as the duvet was a little too light – I tried to call reception to ask for one at 11pm but there was no answer.
However, the room was very clean and comfortable and it was a pleasant stay.
Great location, comfortable room although a little on the small side, good breakfast and very helpful staff
Summary
An excellent hotel in every way with helpful and friendly staff and good facilities in a evry good location in London.
Summary
Contemporary and clinical but lacking character. Gives you the same feeling as a travel lodge.
Summary
Very good location.
Rooms clean, modern, well equiped.
Breakfast finishs at 1000, turn up about 0930 to have a relaxing breakfast, they start clearing everything away early.
Clean and contemporary, all boxes ticked!
Summary
A warm welcome was recieved from the staff, the room was clean & very adequate for our three night stay. Excellent breakfast choice to start your day off. Well situated for viewing embankment or quick 10minutes walk to tube stations.
Summary
Breakfast was a bit hectic, not much on offer plus no toaster either for the bread!
Summary
All the staff were very helpful and attentive at all times, and the room was great for an overnight stay.
Summary
Desk staff very helpful. restaurant/bar staff friendly. smart modern decor with eastern feel. really nothing neg to say! as for the food....very tasty & well presented. had best cod i've ever eaten!!!
Summary
Perfectly ok hotel, near by attractions all within walking distance, breakfast was good although only continental, £5 extra for full english.
Summary
On checking in after 2.00 p.m. we were informed that Laterooms had not issued a fax to confirm the booking and no rooms were available! Manager called and very unpleasant. Fax eventually found and a double room was offered - had booked a twin!
Summary
Clean hotel, reasonable decor. Good location. Expensive for what it is but breakfast included. Varied and plentiful.
Summary
Overall th hotel had excellent wheelchair access and disabled facilities both in the room and in the restaurant/lounge areas.
The things which were not so good were the hotel signage for the car parking and the entrance (how many other guests go to the Novotel in error?);
the door width to enter the room was good, but the carpet bar made it impossible to get in without assistance;
the toilet/shower room was, again, first-class, but there was no grab-rail in the shower so you could stand up, and nowhere to sit down, since even the toilet did not have a cover on the seat.
Room was clean, very basic though.
No bathroom space, so all toiletries, etc were left on the floor under the sink, also there was no hand towels supplied. No room beside your bed to leave your book or cup of tea, again all went on the floor. Wardrobe space tiny....all too basic for the price they charge.
On a good note, breakfast was great, though always ran out of bowls and cups....
Hotel is ok for a one night stay, after that the room would start to get a bit claustrophobic.
I have stayed here before, very handy for central London. Good basic hotel, high standard of cleanliness, excellent breakfast, though it would have been nice to have known prior to arriving for breakfast that it was an extra payment for hot food; but the full english was well worth it!
Summary
Great location, especially for the South Bank, and a pretty good hotel. Just one on reception when we arrived who was answering the phone as well! Otherwise very glad we stayed there especially as it was the best value of those I researched.
