If I had to find fault with my accommodation it would be that the bed was a tad soft for my liking--it was that perfect a stay. I used to be a fan of The Rembrandt but the Sloane Square Hotel has won me over.

Summary
Room although small was pleasant, bathroom a little bland for a hotelof this price range.
Summary
Fantastic location and great for christmas shopping local to the hotel (Peter Jones etc.)
Friendly, efficient staff. Room reasonably sized but the bathroom was pokey and definitely not room for two at once. For the price of the room you wouldn't expect stains on the carpet but there were several. Back rooms of the hotel (including ours) suffer from loud fan noise even though fans are at 1st floor level. Not surprising as windows (unopenable) are still single glazed as far as I could tell. The noise quietens down but not till after 1pm. In general, most hotels have this problem and it shouldn't be the case if some cash was spent on soundproofing and better H&V equipment. Summary: great location, buzzing restauarant/bar, great cocktails, relatively pokey rooms with fan noise feel overpriced.
I like this Hotel...good location, rooms with high ceilings....staff friendly and mini bar affordable...but what a disaster when we were informed the water was turned off for virtually all of Sunday morning. We left the hotel without a chance to shower and not sure if the toilet would work if we used it. Not funny and no compensation offered.
Summary
Stayed there because of its proximity to Cadogan hall. Room small (but then that is true of most london Hotels), and tiny bathroom. Cluttered, (with mini bar stuff, telephone, laptop, Ipod player, menus, tea making equipement etc etc) so there wasn't enough space to own things. Also both bedside lights controlled at single side of bed. But friendly staff, and above average breakfast. comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and very little street noise despite being right on sloane square
Summary
A fantastic hotel, next to the tube and many bars and restaurants. A short walk to Harrods.
Rooms are small but very comfortable with lovely views over sloane square. The hotel restaurant is superb and our meal included a glass of complimentary champagne for being residents. Free entry to the basement club Kitts (drinks are pricey!). Overall a great hotel.
Really good hotel, pleasant staff, good and comfortable room
Summary
The foyer of the hotel was pleasant and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enoyed our stay very much but I have some feedback for the hotel managers. I was surprised that a 4 Star hotel had such shabby carpets. We noticed that the carpets throughout the stairwells and corridors were in need of updating and were very worn and stained. Both us and our parents found the double room quite small and the bathroom was so small that only one person could use it at a time however as we only slept and spent minimal time in our room this was not a problem. However if you plan on spending more time at the hotel you may want to have a larger room. The Club room was quite small also. Our room faced onto Sloane square which was really nice. The continental breakfast was good value. We had dinner in the Chelsea Brasserie one night and it was very good.
