A fantastic hotel next to the tube and...
A fantastic hotel, next to the tube and many bars and restaurants. A short walk to Harrods.Rooms are small but very comfortable with lovely views over sloane square. The hotel restaurant is superb and our meal included a glass of complimentary champagne for being residents. Free entry to the basement club Kitts (drinks are pricey!). Overall a great hotel.

The foyer of the hotel was pleasant and...
The foyer of the hotel was pleasant and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We enoyed our stay very much but I have some feedback for the hotel managers. I was surprised that a 4 Star hotel had such shabby carpets. We noticed that the carpets throughout the stairwells and corridors were in need of updating and were very worn and stained. Both us and our parents found the double room quite small and the bathroom was so small that only one person could use it at a time however as we only slept and spent minimal time in our room this was not a problem. However if you plan on spending more time at the hotel you may want to have a larger room. The Club room was quite small also. Our room faced onto Sloane square which was really nice. The continental breakfast was good value. We had dinner in the Chelsea Brasserie one night and it was very good.
