We stayed one night and it was great. Staff were excellent, especially in reception. Everyone was really friendly and seemed happy to see us which you don't normally get in Central London for people on short stays. We were given an upgrade to a newly furbished room that my wife wnated to live in. The room was huge with a sitting area and the biggest bed I've ever seen. Strangley the bathroom was one of the smallest Ive ever seen - but very smart. We had lunch in the foyer sitting area, when it came it was Ok but overpriced for what we had.

We upgraded to a deluxe room and it was newly renovated, very comfortable and well worth it. The hotel is an excellent location, staff friendly and helpful - overall we can't criticise anything and would stay there again.

This is a fantastic hotel for a short break to London. Perfectly located Next to the portrait gallery and trafalger square. 5 mins walk to the theatre and soho. Staff were very helpful and room was clean, modern and beds were very comfortable. We didn't have breakfast as we visited a friend in Camden for breakfast and we thought £15 a little pricey.

This hotel was very accurately described. The location was superb, we could see the Theatre Royal, Haymarket from our window! The room was excellent, spacious, and very clean. We had a great sleep thanks to the quiet location of the hotel. We could not have asked for more from the staff. They were friendly, helpful and had time for our questions. I can recommend the food, it is worth booking if you want a particular time.

We can up to the west end so see phantom of the opera and decided to stay over night.
the receptionist were help full, the room was clean and fresh, the meal refore the theatre in the hotel was hot and fresh. The following morning after a good nights sleep the breakfast was thoughly satisfying

Everything about the hotel was excellent. It must have been recently refurbished, every thing was new. Staff were frendly and helpful and breakfast good. We would be pleased to stay there again.
