The hotel was full and didn't have my...
The hotel was full and didn't have my reservation, even though I presented it to them. I felt like it was my fault that they didn't have it and was made to wait 20 mins whilst they tried to find a room. Eventually was offered a room which was described as "next to the lift, we get a lot of complaints for this room" which made me feel great. Room was actually ok, but nothing was referenced on checkout.

Loved this boutique-style hotel Booked a deluxe room...
Loved this boutique-style hotel. Booked a deluxe room, very spacious.The only negatives I can think of are the lack of a bath, only a shower cubicle and also that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Would expect both of these for the star rating and price. However, I would still stay here again though, much more personal than a "chain" hotel.

Loved this boutique-style hotel. Convenient location for Earls Court Hotel is clean...
Convenient location for Earls Court. Hotel is clean and looks nice.The rooms are a bit bare but ok. Bathroom was small and had the smallest shower in the world. Ok value for money in London I suppose. I usually stay at Firmdale hotels which are excellent but pricey (you get what you pay for!) Left hotel at 11 and signs mentioned that Breakfast was available until 11.30. When I enquired re breakfast at 11 they said it wasn't available any more. Luckily enough there was a starbucks about 5 minute walk away!

This place looks nice enough on the surface...
This place looks nice enough on the surface, but the quality of the rooms was not fantastic. Water not hot enough for my shave (but plenty for the shower?). A little on the noisy side. And other than that, just seemed a bit odd - almost like it was a front for something else!

This was my second stay at this stylish hotel - location was very convenient for me but I appreciate the good design, cleanliness, 24 hr room service & very good customer service.
