Lovely hotel - fantastic location

Had a great experience at this stylish little hotel - it's reception/customer service staff were faultless, very courteous and helpful without being overbearing. And the little touches were appreciated, such as vouchers for a complimentary cocktail once they heard I was there to celebrate my birthday. It was a bit pricey, and the room service and food charges put us off eating there, but being so close to marylebone high street meant we didn't need to - highly recommended I'd definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay, couldn't fault it.

Fantastic. The little things like a hot towel on arrival and a bottle of water on departure make you feel really welcome. The spa facilities were amazing. Would recommend it to anyone.

An perfectly luxurious hotel

The hotel was beautiful, luxurious and spotless. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfortable you didn't want to get out!
The facilities were excellent and the staff extremely polite and helpful. The room service breakfast was a little over-priced but very delicious.
Definitely worth the money!

Great CS, definately the best hotel bed / mattress I've slept on... but the room was quite small, and the bathroom was the smallest I've ever come across... it was ridiculous - I would say they have split the original room & bathroom in two during the refurb andits not great, so this doesn't make it value for money in my opinion. Didn't have food

Room and Breakfast

We had a wonderful weekend however a fantastic hotel was let down by a poor breakfast.
The cooked breakfast was cold nothing on the plate was warm. My wife had to wait while here eggs were cooked even then when it arrived the food was cold.
When you pay £25 you expect hot food we were glad we were unable to get a table in the restaurant the previous evening.

Perfect location

Walking distance to Selfridges (Oxford St. Short cab distance to Soho, Bond, theatres. Cool facter of 10. Quiet, clean and the Nespresso machine rocked! This just replaced my stand-by on Jermyn St - Cavendish.

Marylebone Hotel Welbeck Street

Excellent hotel, we arrived early but our room was ready and we fortunately received a complimentary upgrade, I had requested a high floor in the hope that we would get a better view rather than a brick wall, on the 6th floor we had views over the rooftops of the buildings. The decor was really smart and modern for the room and the hotel common areas. The bar was friendly and offered good service, breakfast in the morning had a choice and quality of food that was better than most hotels I have stayed in. The hotel is located well for both shopping and the theatres also many of the restruarants of Soho etc. The Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, I would certainly recomend the hotel and fully intend to stay there again in the future

Distinctly Average!!

I paid £230.00 for one night room only. I paid a further £36.00 for breakfast which i found very exspensive for the quality of food i was given. The waitresses didnt set my table properly so I was waiting for cutlery and i had to ask three times for coffee. I would stay again however the breakfast was very poor so I would give that a miss.

Excellent stay in London

We could not fault the Marylebone Hotel in London where we enjoyed our stay enormously. Our room was quiet and clean and the hotel had excellent facilities. The breakfast was probably better than any other hotel where we have stayed but what made our visit particularly memorable were the staff who were so helpful and friendly. We will definately stay here again.
