Pleasant little hotel ideally situated in the West End. A bit tired in places but that sort of made it quaint. Cant complain at the price. Staff very friendly. Next to a Police Station which may make some guests feel extra safe. Enjoyed my stay.

Very comfortable public rooms - antique furniture, fire, very pleasant. Good central location. Rooms very small but have all you need.Only slight blemish was that I was booked for 2 nights and could stay only 1 nigts due to illness - no waive on charge. Understandable as cancellation policy is quite clear. I will definitely stay again however.

My room was good size, good quality room, however my colleages room was smaller and squashed in next to the lift which could be heard when moving. Could only use the lift up to a floor below mine and had to take stairs the rest, which were small and would be hard to get luggage up and down.

I stayed here in order to attend a business function on Park Lane. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I used the staircase as the lift was out of action (being serviced) and was slightly worried by the tired decor and incredibly busily patterned carpets and wallpaper but found my room delightfully accomodating, with a bedroom, hallway, reasonably sized and immaculate bathroom and a large sitting/kitchenette area. Again, rather gloomy but smart decor, comfortable bed, good pillows and linen. My husband had a fantastic full English breakfast. Amazing bargain from Laterooms. MP3 player would be good. All in all, a great little hotel with comfortable public spaces and well equipped rooms.

Teeny Tiny room, but there was just me and I was only staying a night. Minibar was excellent but very reasonably priced for a hotel minibar. Downstairs the lobby and reception area was very cosy, big inv iting sofas and open fires, sort of place you'd relax with a brandy. Room rate was fair given that I've have paid more for less in some bigger name hotel chains. I would certainly stay there again. If you are someone likes less af a lobby and more of a room try around Sussex Gardens.

Probably stayed here for a lot less than the rack rate by booking through LateRooms, but even so this hotel is a great little find. Tucked away in cleverly disguised Town Houses behind Marble Arch, my room was a one bedroom suite with separate bedroom and lounge, with a kitchenette equipped with microwave, hob, fridge and everything you'd need to self cater. Even the mini bar was good value. Can thoroughly recommend.

On arrival the receptionist was very professional and pleasant. Room was clean, decoration fine, and temperature just right. Location was excellent (attended a function at Hilton, Park Lane, which was just a 15min walk). Full breakfast was very good quality. Good value for money (I paid 95.00 for the room and 15.00 for breakfast) - would definately recomend this hotel and will use again.
