My partner and i stayed here recently and would definatly return. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nicely stocked minibar. The staff were helpful and friendly. Also being a stones throw away from hyde park made it even better.

The title says it all I cannot believe...
The title says it all. I cannot believe they actually enclosed a stairwell and made the landing and a small adjacent storeroom into a room that they rent! Like the old joke that I had to leave the room to change my mind. The stairs that used to continue up, was used as the closet and they stacked the safe and ironing table and hair dryer on the rising steps. There is no place in the room to plug in the hair dryer near any mirror. The water was either scolding hot or freezing cold. The bed has walls on the headboard and foot board and on the right side if you open the window, your pillow can fall out the window. You can reach the other wall from your bed. I had to unpack the suitcase and put it next to the bed and move it if I wanted to go to the bathroom during the night. For ninety five pounds, they should be ashamed of themselves for calling this a room. Had to ask the staff to come unlock the safe as it was not working, had to go a number of times to get my room key reprogrammed because it would not work. The only upside was the location. I do not know if the rest of the hotel was as bad or if they use the late room site as a dumping ground for the rooms that no other traveler would except. They quote the regular prices and tell you that you are getting a special deal.. it sure was special

We were upgraded to an apt which was amazing. It was our mums birthday and there was a complimentary basket of fruit and water left in her room which was a lovely touch. The room although a little small was beautifully decorated and had everything she needed, would stay again. Thanks.

The previous reviews were right - this is a delightful place, feels intimate and relaxed as soon as you step in. Furnishings and decor are on the darkly opulent side - lots of grouped pictures, rich textiles for example - very easy on the eye. Customer service is unstuffy, helpful and discreet. The lounge area, dining room and bar are very comfortable. After the hurley-burley of Oxford Street, it does work as an oasis of calm and ease.
Traveling alone this time, my room was a small double and it was small but with everthing available, lacking nothing, plus Penhaligon's tolietries. Will be booking this place again.

Zero customer service - total disinterest - awful room - the smallest I have ever stayed in and quite frankly an insult. I would never stay in this hotel again

Have stayed at numerous hotels in London recently, looking for a convenient, value for money hotel near Marble Arch. At last I found one that ticks all the boxes.
From the moment I walked in, the customer service was great, they upgraded my room and upon arrival at my room I found the room and facilities excellent. The hotel has a small gym, cosy bar and in a great location for shopping and (in my case) business. I would recommend this hotel to everyone!

It was a cosy room, perhaps a bit on the small side. I loved the shower gel, soap, conditioner etc in the bathroom. The coockies were delicious as well. Fantastic location.

The room was fairly small but well decorated and comfortable. The reception staff were good and the Polish barman very friendly. Unfortunately the aged lift dropped twice when returning to our room on 5th floor which was a bit scary and was out of order the following day. Overall a very nice holtel and we would stay again.

Excellent helpful staff and wonderful surroundings. I would really recommend this hotel as it really did exceed my expectations. You don't always get a lot for your money in London but I felt that this hotel was very good value. The rooms are lovely with added touches like Penhaligons toiletries , bathrobes and slippers. I will stay here again as also very central, only 3 minute walk to Marble Arch tube.

Nice and close to Marble Arch underground. Was pleasantly surprised at quality of room which was good, small as is usual, for single room but with double bed thank heavens.
Breakfast expensive for quality served, I had a kipper, but very nice surroundings and staff made an effort to be polite and friendly.

Room was very small but functional. I was concerned that a dirty tray of food was never collected from the corridor during my whole stay however my room was clean. Service at reception was good. Location is the best part about this hotel as it is so close to all the shopping.

The hotel is well locatd and in a relatively quiet part - not too much traffic. The people were friendly and helpful and the food was good and well presented. The dining room cum bar will benefit from the forthcoming smoking ban. I will stay in the Leonard again and being a small hotel, it is much more relaxing.

For the first night of my two night stay I was shoe-horned into a tiny room that was oppresively hot and right next to the noisy air-conditioning units. Thankfully I managed to get a room change for my second night which was much better but the first night ruined the stay. Other than that, standard mediocre over-priced tourist hotel.

I used this hotel for accomodation after an Awards Dinner at Grosvenor House Hotel. Only 99 and was a large room en-suite etc. Great value compared to others around. Probably could cope with the hotel for 2-3 nights stay but not any more as not large enough. Great location - it really is 2 mins from Oxford Street and the Marble Arch tube.
