The room was big enoth for a family of 4.Too bad there is no separation to children section so that the parents can get some privacy.Every thing else was excellent- the food, the service, the location.

Very enjoyable stay. Very impressed with staff and Customer Service. The hotel has a charming atmosphere repleat with palm trees in the main reception / dining area. The rooms are of avery high standard with great en-suite facilities, a safe, mini-bar and complimentary robes. Valet parking availabe at an extra £40 / night whic wasn't entirely clear and use of gym / spa is an extra £15 / day per person - not included in the room rate as I expected. Food is excellent but again on the pricy side! Overall an excellent place to stay!

Landmark Hotel contacted us a week before our booking to inform that due to plumbing issues, we would have to be re-located. We were transferred to the 5* The Arch, London. They offered us complimentary breakfast plus use of the Landmark spa facilities (excellent, but busy with children) and a return at 50% discount in future for our inconvenience. We were kept well informed, and the accomodation at The Arch was fantastic. Only slight complaint is that communication between the two hotels could have been better, as some staff weren't aware of the situation. I'm looking forward to staying at The Landmark in future.

Room pleasant and good value - although it WOULD NOT BE AT FULL PRICE! I found the inward looking room very claustrophobic.Room was not ready but given a complimentary bottle of champagne to make up for it.Room service was slow.Reception was efficient and pleasant.

We had a fantastic weekend at the Landmark Hotel. When we arrived i enquired about upgrading my room (I was originally told £30 to upgrade to the deluxe room) and was told that i had been upgraded to the executive suite free of charge. All staff including the concierge were polite and attentive at all times. We will definately be returning.

A beautiful hotel, where staff were very helpful and friendly. The room and en suite were lovely. We asked to extend our checkout by half an hour and that was no problem.Service was, if anything, excessive. We checked in around 2pm (our room happened to be ready early), took a shower then went out to eat. By the time we came back around 8.30pm the towels we had used had been replaced, as had the shower gel! A little unnecessary and not great for the environment.Tea and coffee making facilities in the room would have been appeciated, as would more reasonable prices in the minibar - £3.20 for a SMALL packet of Kettle Chips!Overall, a lovely experience but many things had an extra cost i.e. use of the pool, breakfast, wifi.

The hotel is beautiful and ideally placed for road and rail networks. We ate in the 222 Bar and found the food and atmosphere excellent and reasonably priced for the location. The rooms have a warm and friendly feel however the mini-bar was empty and we found it unusual to not have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We booked room only but decided to go for breakfast, I was disappointed to be told we would have to wait for a table. The wait was a bonus as it gave us time to look at the menu which to be quite frank is highly over priced I would suggest you take the short walk to Marylebone Station and eat in the Bar and Grill for 1/4 of the price.

My Partner and I stayed at The Landmark for one night on the 3rd October, it was for my Partners Birthday so we mentioned that on the booking. We arrived 2hrs before check in but our room was ready and they had upgraded us which was fantastic. The room was very big and clean with grand decor, the staff where very helpful. But the main part of the room, the bed was awful so hard we might as well slept on the floor. When we woke in the Morning in need of a coffee we then realised there was know facilitys to have that in the room, and we had not paid for breakfast as it was a astronomical price. It is a beatiful hotel and in a great location if your shopping in London but very hard beds stop you from having that relaxing rest we all need, so on that note i will not return to The Landmark.

We ate in the atrium for sunday lunch and the standard of food was poor. Drinks were over priced, a glass of cote du rhone (Poor quality) was close to £13.
