We stayed 2 nights in this fantastic hotel, wonderful setting and a great location, but... With so many Hotels in the Centre of London I won't be staying here again, on the first evening we sat in the lobby/winter garden and had a couple of drinks, 4 vodka's, 2 fruit juices and 2 soft drinks later the bill was 61..!! ok they brought it to you!! 94 for breakfast, 3 adults and 1 under 12yo and to top it all as we were leaving.. 40 per night for the car park.
I can't take away how good the staff were, but the prices and add on's outweight the experiance in my opinion.

Ideal location and good front desk service I choose this hotel to celebrate my husbands birthday and we had been upgraded to a deluxe room. This gave us extra space but in a soul less dated room . Old fashioned TV in a cabinet and no tea and coffe making facilities. No breakfast included in the price of the room but charged separately at 28 each.It seems everything comes at a price. It is redolent of a hotel stuck in the 1950's. If you want to pay this much then choose a boutique type hotel that will be individual and include some surprising extras.

Just back from a truly amazing stay at the Landmark. A quality hotel well positioned adjacent to Marleyobone Station so easy to commute around London. Prices for food are expensive even for London. A bottle of water from the mini bar was 4.75 but the rooms in this hotel are among the best i have ever stayed at in London.I would highly recommned this hotel and will definately be staying there again.

we decided to treat ourselves to a luxury hotel and weekend in London. This is a gorgeous hotel but not worth the price. Disappointed that we couldnt even make a cup of tea in our room and we couldn't afford the 30 per head afternoon tea.

we recently had 2 rooms over the Bank Holiday weekend. The hotel was full and on check in they didn't have the type of room we booked - 2 doubles for 2 adults and 2 children, and it took 20 minutes for them to find one. We also had another room booked which was no smoking but absolutely stank of stale tobacco. They were ok at sorting this out but I had to push for what we wanted. Rooms don't have tea making facilities which is a disappointment and the main downside is that the Cellar bar is closed at the weekend ( Sat & Sun)and you have to eat in the more expensive Winter Garden.

Arriving at the landmark was a pleasure and the grandeur of the hotel was matched by the friendliness and assistance of the staff, expecially in helping our young children feel welcome and at home. The room was large and spacious, and overall we had a wonderful time.
The only hwoevers were, the lack of room facilities - tea and coffee making basics missing but could be ordered for 20, with the explanation that this is a 5 star hotel so we charge for this! (not sure that logic holds together!) As even the most basic hotel facilities provide for a drink on arrival or wake up this seemed particulalry churlish, and a little greedy.
We stayed at the landmark for two nights last weekend with our very dear friends, the hotel was excellent and every member of staff that we meet was so helpful and friendly, we had the champagne Sunday brunch which was out of this world, we would certainly stay with them again & again

Fantastic hotel - would love to return. I preferred my stay at The Landmark much more than my previous stay at The Ritz hotel in London.

The food is so over priced you don't want to eat! Its ridiculous. From the 3.50 packet of crisps in the room mini bar to the 28.50 burger and chips (which doesn't even buy you homemade chips or a side salad), everything felt like a rip off. The rooms are comfortable and spacious but the TV is from the stone age and there is no DVD provided - this is an extra charge of 10!!!
I have never stayed at a hotel before where as soon as you book in you start to feel you are being charged for everything you do. Even the hotels own swimming pool costs you an extra 10 per visit. We won't be returning or recommending this hotel.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in over the last few years. Excellent service but with all hotels of this type very pricey for the drinks and snacks. But the price overall was excellent.

Stunning hotel right by Marylebone Station. Beautiful classical architecture, fantastic atrium, very, very quiet and tranquil for a central hotel. The room was enormous and exceeded expectation - very pleased indeed considering the rate. The spa was also very nice - you could easily spend an afternoon down there.
My only criticism would be that extras are very, very expensive - 16 for a Tanqueray 10 and tonic in the bar; 3.25 for 2 bags of crisps in the room; 3(ish) for a small diet coke in the room; 6 for some nuts in the room; 10 to use the spa.

Another stay here, always very pleased. Only annoyance was The Cellar Bar was closed, so no where to take the kids for a snack/drink, told by reception to use the Mirror Bar only to be told that kids were not allowed! Breakfast is outrageous price, so skipped it, 30 a head is ridiculous, but that's 5 star London I suppose! That aside a lovely hotel.

Very easy to find because of proximity to Marleybone Station. Service of all hotel staff i dealt with was first clas, extremely helpful. Toiletries good quality and quantity.
Didn't eat there so can't comment on food, but setting/ambience of restaurant first class.

First Class hotel and very convenient with Marlebone Tube station right on door step. Staff very friendly and helpful. We got a room with a view to the inside of the hotel where we could see the palm trees - it was really nice BUT we couldnt open a window and couldnt get any fresh air - we had to depend on the air conditioning which worked fine but we would prefer to be able to open a window. Breakfast for two worked out at just under 50 for two (I ate continental and my partner had scrambled eggs) - we thougt this was very expensive for what we got. Pool and lesuire facilities fabulous(cost 10 pp extra)
