Excellent Hotel with impeccable Customer Service

Having booked this hotel for our Wedding Anniversary, the hotel staff made a great effort in making this a memorable occasion for us. The hotel is accommodated within a beautiful period property with well appointed interior spaces for guest to use. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and will definately return in the future.
The only downside if any is the lack of on-site parking, but to be expected with such a central location.
All in all an amazing hotel which is extremely well located within Central London, with excellent customer service.

Isle of wight bumpkin

We have stayed at this hotel twice now,and found the staff very courteous and friendly and they have the
personal touch as if you were somebody exra special.the hotel is situated close to South Ken tube station
and is therefore placed in a very good location for exhibitions;R,A.hall and the local Brompton Road
atmosphere and national retailers.A quick and reasonable taxis journey and your in West End etc.Would
highly recommend

Elegance & comfort

Recently refurbished luxury which ensured a relaxing and comfortable nights sleep in elegant surroundings. Very large and comfortable bed. Only negative was some minor noise from corridor.

Great location - shame about the food

We were visiting London for a weekend to do some of the sights we have never visited before therefore wanted a convenient location for the museums etc. The hotel was very well situated for our sightseeing needs;close to Exhibition road, a tube station and Knightsbridge.
We were very pleased with our room, it was spaciious, modern and clean. The bed was rock hard though and we were right above the bar (which seves excellent but expensive cocktails)
We decided to have dinner at the hotel on Friday night and were very disappointed. The menu was uninspired and the dining room lacked people (a good clue to the quality of the food given it was a Friday night in August!) and atmosphere. The food was bland and frankly boring. We skipped pud and breakfast on the next 2 days and viisted the excellent Italian deli opposite instead for great coffee, cakes and breakfast pastries at resonable prices.

Lovely hotel with warm and friendly staff and nothing too much trouble. As they say it's the little things that make all the difference, from the free apples in reception, to the free bottles of water for the journey home, life was made very easy indeed. Turn down service just a joy to come into when you've been sightseeing all day and are ready to collapse in a heap. Chuffed with the room, extremely comfortable bed, good air conditioning and it was "hot in the city" when I was there so that was a very welcome addtion.

Excellent

The room/bed were very comfortable and spacious. The hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. The concierge service was excellent. He found us very good seats at The Garrick Theatre at very short notice and ordered our taxi. I will definitely stay there again when visiting London.
