Both myself and my dad stayed at The Grosvenor Hotel, just for the weekend, for a special theatre trip.
We were treated well on arrival, with staff offering information about checking in and out and breakfast.
Our room was in the newest part of the Hotel, and offered an adequate about of space, for both of us. But we did think the bathroom was very cramped, and unsuitable if you suffer badly with claustrophobia, as it was very small.
Room did come with LCD tv, coffee and tea making facilities and very comfy beds, but was informed online, when booking that wifi was available through out the hotel, but was told that if we wanted to use it, would cost us an additional £6 for use of 90mins! Bit steep if you ask me.
All in all, enjoyed our stay, hotel is of very old vintage, with antique style in the original building and up to date furniture in the new wing. Value for money if you can catch a good deal online.
