Really enjoyed staying at the Grosvenor. All the staff were friendly and service was top class. Would definitely stay here again as the location was perfect for our needs. Food in the Grand Imperial restaurant was very good. Our room wasn't massive, but fine for just the overnight stay we had. Would have felt a bit cramped if we were there longer. Our room was a bit chilly (it was a snowy evening), but quickly sorted with a speedy delivery of the biggest duvet I've ever seen, covered both twin beds and then some! Toasty warm after that!

Ideal for Victoria and surrounding area, the hotel is newly refurbished and the rooms of a high standard of fitments and cleanliness. Breakfast good but busy at peak periods. Would stay again and I look for this in laterooms as it is vfm.

Room booked through LateRooms.com at a good price. Room well appointed and of very good standard. However, a little small and I would have been disappointed if I had been paying the full amount for a room that size.

The hotel has been refurbished recently to a high standard. The staff are all very pleasant and extremely helpful. We had a meal in the Brasserie Restaurant, the food was excellent and the service very good.
The only disappointment of the stay was a room service meal, roast beef bloomer sandwiches. The 'roast beef' was very poor, it resembled stale cardboard, which was a surprise as it was totally out of character with the rest of our experience at the hotel.
To conclude: definitely stay here but if you are feeling peckish late at night pop out the back door of the hotel into Victoria Station and get a McDonalds.

Convenient location, recently refurbished, room rate good considering. Breakfast: Hotel tried to argue (unsuccessfully) that it was not included in the price, and when I did get it, it was not warm, though tasted ok.

Great situation for transport to other areas. Our corner room was clean but smaller than the other 2 we had for our children. The shower was good and there wasn't a bath but the door knocked against the wc on opening and the door from the hall knocked against the radiator . It was spotlessly clean. We would stay there again.

Very well situated, close to transport links ,the theatre,s and tourist destinations.

Found this hotel to be top rate for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience for all amenities.all staff extremely pleasant, friendly, and helpful, couldnt be more convenient for victoria station trains, underground,bus, and coaches.perfect for two o.a p s.
