This was the worst hotel I've stayed at...
This was the worst hotel I've stayed at in London. Having read the reviews I expected it to be one of the best. There was apparently a problem with the rooms and I ended up in a small room right at the top of the hotel with a single bed which should have been a queen! In addition, the room was next to a very noisy lift which stopped me sleeping most of the night.I did have a meal in the evening and the food and service were both excellent - which is a shame as I would not stay again and therefore am unlikely to use the restaurant. I did receive a letter of apology from the hotel and the offer of an upgrade should I decide to stay again - I won't.
