Reasonable Hotel

The hotel is a short walk from Lancaster Gate tube and initial impressions were good in that it was once a grand house and the entrance hall looks original. My room was on the ground floor and I would describe it as a small double with an ensuite shower. The room had been nicely decorated a few years ago and is now in need of a replacement carpet. However the hotel was reasonably priced and is in a quiet location, the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

New, bright, friendly

It was only an overnight pitstop, but clean, comfortable and relaxing. Good sized room, decently equipped. The 'cupboard kitchenette' was newly fitted and great for people like me who hate eating alone in hotel restaurants. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful.

Overnight stay to see a Musical

The hotel was about 5>10 mins walk from Paddington Station. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was very clean with a kitchenette. It was also very quiet. We would definitely use this hotel again if staying in London.

The Cleveland Hotel, Bayswater

Very well positioned hotel for access to central London. Only a short walk from Bayswater tube. The staff were very polite and helpfull and our room was very nice - it had a little kitchen with a kettle, toaster, hob, fridge and microwave. If you were stopping there for a few days you could easily cook youself up a meal or two.
I chose this hotel for its proximity to the Royal Albert Hall as we were going to see a concert there, it was a very pleasant walk.
If I were going to this part of London again I would definatley use this hotel again.

One Night Theatre Break

Hotel was very well presented, felt classy. Room was big for London and had very useful kitchen in a cupboard, with sink, cooker and fridge.
Bathroom was immaculate.
The customer service was basic, only ever saw one person, but not unfriendly.
Would stay again, lots of shops on hand and good for Hyde Park and on top of a few Tube lines.

Small but cosy with kitchenette

We were warmly greeted, shown to the room and had minimal issues while we were there, the room was on the top floor making it hard work to lug the suitcase up the several flights but otherwise fine. The room was a bit warm when we got there but easily cooled.
