Great location, nice rooms

I stayed on a Friday night after arriving at Euston and needing to get a train from King's Cross the day after. The Beauchamp is ideally located for such a visit as it is 10-15 minutes walk from both stations. It is also a few minutes walk from three or four underground stations. I stayed in an Executive room which was spacious and comfortable. At night the room was very quiet and the blackout blinds were excellent at keeping the light out - I slept really well. The only minus points were some confusion when checking in - the room I had booked was allocated to someone else and the slightly surly nature of the staff.

Double Room

Quiet, large twin double room at the back of the hotel, which overlooked an attractive square.
Well appointed, although bath was small and there was no refridgerator.
Otherwise excellent.

Business trip - Proffessional musicians

We booked this hotel as we needed a place near to Camden that was quiet so we could relax before and after our gig. This hotel was perfect for commuting and was very stylish and peaceful. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, we were upgraded to an executive suite on arrival. The room itself was amazing, very spacious, with massive windows and high ceiling, it was beautifully designed and had stylish modern decor.
This hotel is ideal for business trips or a romantic get away. I would give this hotel 10 out of 10, it was amazing and I will use this chain of hotels in the future.

Mixed review, very expensive small room with basic bathroom but polite and pleasant staff.

Our review is mixed because if we had been charged the same rate for both nights of our stay then we would probably been happy with the overall experience. Unfortunately though our stay included New Years Eve and so the rate was more than doubled for that nights stay. A slight increase would have been acceptable but seeing as the hotel was not providing any entertainment or any extras at all, there was no justification for such a rise! The hotel in general was clean and tidy throughout, although the bath in our room had hairs in it!! The bedroom itself was extremely small and the bathroom tap would not supply cold water for drinking or cleaning your teeth. When we notified the staff of this, they did bring a jug of cold water to the room for us to use but did not offer to move us to a different room even at the ridiculous rate we were paying. Unfortunately overall we were disappointed with our stay mainly due to the cost in relation to what was provide - it just didn't match. Would stay again only if larger room and nicer bathroom with cold water.

Creature comforts

We had a night to spend in London before catching the Eurostar, and the Beauchamp was the perfect place to do it. This was a late-offer, bargain price at which to drift from the comforts of the bathroom to the comforts of mindless telly, to the comforts of the bed. And in the morning, it was an easy walk through Russell Square to St Pancras. Buying into the extras (breakfast at £20 a pop) would have spoiled it, but if you bring your own chocolates and whiskey, this is a bargain treat.

Great experience at Beauchamp

We stayed for 4 nights in the build-up to Christmas. It was close to perfect. The hotel is in a great location, a few bus stops to Oxford St and close by the British Museum. The room was much larger that expecetd and bigger than many comparable London hotels. Moreover is was very nicely furnished and more like a junior suite than a double room.
The staff were great, warm, helpful and by the time we left we flet we had made friends. Overall it was a very good expereince and we would definitely go back there again.
