Petit hôtel charmant avec accueil chaleureux, chambre très propre, petits déjeuners très copieux, possibilité de cuisiner ou chauffer des plats pour les repas du midi et du soir avec mise à disposition de la salle à manger. Sympa avec des enfants.

Perhaps the smallest room I have every stayed in. Could not even stand up in the bathroom. Broken toilet and no soap. The hot water just dribbled out. For £20 more stay at the holiday Inn just round the corner. Late rooms was a con. The rate was ramped up just to be cut down again.

You tend to have expectations about hotels in South Kensington even when you've got a good deal and this was nothing like I expected. I'd booked at the absolute last minute because I had originally intended to just be in London for a day to attend a meeting but the day before it started snowing - and snowing! I came up the night before and booked rooms for 2 nights so I didnt have to worry about getting back.I was surprised on arrival to be asked to fill in a form required my passport number and details of my next destination. They seemed most confused when I said I was British and would be simply going home. I was told the kitchen was open until 9 O'Clock and I could go down there to make tea or use the microwave any time during the day. Went down to the kitchen to see a collection of people of various nationalities pottering about.I was given a choice of rooms, both ensuite with showers and tvs were both perfectly clean and pleasant smelling. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was nice and warm. Breakfast was included in the price (which wasnt what was stated in the booking but Im not complaining!) and included everything - cereals, toast, croissants, rolls, full english, cheese ham and fruit. I actually made myself a roll for lunch and took it with me quite openly.Food was actually available all day for no extra charge. Every time I turned up in the kitchen to make tea I found myself with being plied with food - toast, cakes, fruit all sorts! The staff and other guests were extremely friendly. It wasn't what I expected but I liked the place enough to stay an extra night. I will definitely stay again as it was very cheap, clean, warm and friendly with plenty of food and in a nice area where it feels perfectly safe to go out alone.

The hotel is very tired and basic. However the staff are very friendly. I found the room very basic with a curtain for a door on the bathroom and the window was open but had no handle to close it. it was a very small but clean.

Overall I would say this place is great value for money considering it's location. Staff are also friendly. No complaints.

The room was very small, the beds were tiny the pillows were the worst i have ever used. there was a cigarette burn on one of the beds and stains on the duvet of two of them. the tv had 2 channels sometimes and 5 channels on others depending on signal. there was a ledge above the bathroom which had hotel junk piled up on it with a blanket over the top. all in all the room was very poor. the staff were not particularly helpful, none of them wore uniform so it was not very professional. when asked if we had a nice room on check in the lady said it was very nice, i would hate to see their worst room. The breakfast in the morning was horrid, the bacon was fatty, the sausages were rank, the orange juice was squash. over all very bad. Would not recommend.

Appallingly bad - a dirty, worn out, delapidated refugee hostel rather than a decent hotel. Get it off your website if you want to retain your credibility - I can't see lastminute.com or any other site selling rooms in this hovel!
