Classy hotel in the heart of it all

Very smart and luxurious. Only issue I felt was the addition of a 12 1/2% "hotel service charge" which was added to the bill. It came as a bit of a surprise. But nevertheless go on spoil yourself.

An Elegant Hotel in the Centre of London

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel and their rooms. Considerable thought has been made in respect of the room design and furnishings. Need to follow up on the rate charged on departure as to what was first advised on reservation.
