La localizacin es inmejorable para poder momerse por la ciudad. el hotel esta cuidado y es tranquilo.El personal es amable. Las zonas comunes son pequeisimas lo que hace que no te sientas demasiado comodo. Las habitaciones son muy pequeas o la cama muy grande lo que hace que no se este comodo dos personas en la habitacin, por lo menos en la habitacin estandar y se haga imposible desayunar comodamente en la habitacin.<br />

Ideally situated, though car parking price was ridiculous, but not a lot the Hotel could have done about that. Fantastic room, very modern, very, very comfortable....but what about the generator (Air-Con?) that buzzed all night. That was a big negative.<br />I am a londerner and appreciate that this hotel is as close to the 'sites' as you would wish, and backed by Green Park, for a good morning walk.<br />There were a few nice touches in the room, It was an expensive B&B (we only stayed overnight) but location was excellent.

the hotel was fantastic room lovely but unfortunately...
the hotel was fantastic room lovely but unfortunately we had the extractor fan from the kitchen outside our bedroom window and it hummed all night and I did not sleep very well<br />

I booked this for a New Years stay...
I booked this for a New Years stay and although it wasn't my initial choice, I wasn't disappointed at all.<br />All the staff (even the cleaning staff) we encountered during our stay were very helpful, friendly and courteous.<br />Our room was absolutely gorgeous! I think we had the Superior room. However, what really impressed me is my wife and I popped out in the evening for dinner. When we returned to our room, we had found it had been tidied, fresh towels and toiletries provided and the bed remade. Also, since it was New Years, the hotel had also left gift cakes for us! This was a very nice touch we both felt.<br />Even though self classified, this hotel definitely deserves its 5 star rating.

Excellent hotel - quality and class My first...
Excellent hotel - quality and class. My first room was a little small but given a replacement over the weekend which was ideal. Service and staff of highest quality. Food very good. Position is central ad walking distance to main shopping areas - well served by the tube.
