Sofitel St James London Reviews

I stayed three nights there, but during my first night in a suite the AC was out of order.
I complained the next day but they couldn't care more!
Really disappointing.
Btw, there is no internal dry cleaner service... Very disapointing for a 5*

Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Wished we'd stayed longer. We had a triple room and the third bed was perfectly fine and comfortable for an adult. Slippers and water were a nice touch and appreciated, as were tea and coffee making facilities (which you don't always get in hotels like this). Everything pretty much perfect for us.

Disappointing service from this top hotel. Kept waiting at check in, had to chase them to bring a spare bed my son, and the late checkout I'd asked for wasn't observed either. I think if you're paying 5-star rates you should expect top service.

Lovely big, room with all the facilities one expects from a 5 star hotel. Decor was chic but not too trendy. Incredibly comfortable bed. The bar was very nice too - bit dark, but excellent service.
My only gripe is that the girl on reception claimed not have heard of The Observer newspaper. I think she was looking at the wrong day on her computer but really, she should know the main English Sunday papers in her job.

Fantastic stay in London. Staff went that extra mile always to help you and the room was out of this world. Bed was sleeping on a cloud, so comfy. Highly recommended...
