Short Stay London out of 5 Customer Rating
Not sure about an apartment - neither was I - I LOVED IT!

So... the pics do not do it justice...
Met by someone who gave me the key & tour.
Location - ideal - right near the Pier (river boat into London first thing ideal) and just 5 mins away from the centre of Canary Wharf.
The building entrance is pretty grand - like a lobby of a fancy new york apartment building. Right next to the four seasons hotel - access to a great bar and restaurant in there.
The apartment is very spacious, large bedroom, large living room, en-suite & separate w/c for guests. Loved this place - I am now sold on apartments.
Only downside is I only got 2 pillows with a super-king bed - when I asked for more I was told NO - hence the 4/6 rating for customer service.

Modern, quite spacious, quiet area

The apartment is based in a quiet area, so assuming you are visiting central London and dont mind a bit of travel into the main tourist areas, you can escape the rush and traffic noise so there is no problem sleeping at night. The nearest tube station is only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was light, clean and adequately equipped. Only thing was that crockery and cutlery were a bit dirty but apart from that it was clean. Comfortable temperature and lots of hot water. There is not a lot going on in Canary Wharf itself at night for a family with teenagers are the bars wont let under 18s in at all so you cant just go for a drink for a couple of hours. We were told of some nice restaurants but they closed early. If you want to spend all day in London, and then come back to somewhere quiet its a good place. The people on reception were friendly and helpful and the lady who greeted us at the apartment was charming.

Nice 2 bedroom apartment in good area but additional charge of £40 for cleaning for a 2 night stay + £11.50 card charge made it not such good value as it first appeared

First tme guest review

The accomodation was pleasant, well equipped, clean and easily accessible. Home from home. My only query was why I was charged for 4 nights cleaning when I stayed for 3 nights.
