Summary
Firstly i was not informed by anyone when i initially booked, when i received an emaile from the hotel and when i called to confirm my reservation that i needed to pay a £100.00 cash deposit on top of my room rate if paying by cash.
Secondly i ordered 2 continental breakfasts to be delivered to the room. Nothing was delivered, i called room service and was told that i had not left the order form outside my door. There was no order form so the man said he'd bring them straight up, 1 hour later still no breakfast, so i chased again and was told that he'd gone to the wrong room and would be straight up. By this time the coffee and toast was stone cold.
Thirdly, the mini bar was locked and kept locking. we had to phone reception continuosly to open it up.
Lastly, the coffee cups and glasses were dirty.
Overnight stay with my daughter and grandson (early flight next day).
The staff were superb - very friendly and wonderfully helpful.
Grandson wanted MacDonalds for tea, so we didn't eat at the hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable, with lots of lovely fluffy towels in the bathroom and very comfy beds.
A couple of minor niggles - although it was a family room, there weren't many teabags or milk portions - certainly not enough for a cuppa on arrival and one in the morning, and there were only two of us drinking tea. Also, the room was very warm. We set the air conditioner to maximum, but still the room was a bit too hot for us.
Overall, though, I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

More american tv channels other than cartoons. other then that the stay was delightful.
Summary
We liked the price, and the beds were very comfortable. Modern, clean hotel and always good to have a Starbucks in the lobby!
Summary
We booked this hotel to stay in before we went on holiday, and paid for parking as well. This was really reasonable, and we booked it for another night when we returned from holiday.
It was really fantastic. Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms and amazing beds!! Food was a bit pricey, but that is to be expected of a hotel of that standard.
We spent two really comfortable nights in this hotel and would definately stay again.
Excellent hotel, and location, but remember to add £15 for parking when considering this hotel. I still think it works out reasonable though
Summary
The food was poor. I have no problem paying the prices but if they are going to charge 5 star prices then I expect fresh food of a good quality. We got neither.
Summary
Reception staff were the coldest I've ever come across in my 20 years of travelling. Not even eye contact. I requested an upper floor quiet room and was told I'd have to pay an extra £45 just to move up one floor, then I was allocated a room right opposite two lifts. You need a compass to find your room and with a heavy suitcase this really put me off the whole hotel. My room smelled musty and I seriously regretted booking it at the price I paid when I knew other hotels had better quality rooms and personal service. Sound insulation was poor, contrary to what the web site claims. My general impression is that none of the staff could care less about customer service. It was almost as if staff were angry to be working there. Don't waste your money on this hotel, it has a depressing vibe that extends to the dark decor of the rooms that certainly need updating.

The shower is hard to figure out!

We were just two of the many thousands affected by Heathrow runway closures and, after planning for many months to spend Christmas Day with our daughter and her family in Scotland, the only fight available to us from our home in Cape Town arrived on Christmas morning - and not one single connecting flight that day - so we spent the day and night at the Sheraton Skyline and enjoyed a slap up lunch and very early night in one of the best hotel beds we've ever had. An unusual Christmas Day for us - but one we're sure to remember!
Summary
Good location, value for money and lovely pool area. Will stay there again without a doubt
Summary
Very good hotel. Really expensive if booked normally but total value for money.
Summary
The hotel was excellent and very close to the airport. There is a convenient commercial shuttle service to all terminals. A 'Starbucks' in the lobby is good for an economical light breakfast. The room reservation had not made it through to the reception computer (after 24 hours) but with confirmation number, was found 'in the system' and all was fine.
Summary
The hotels check in system failed and we had to joins a "bus" queue of at least 12 people and wait for over 45 minutes to speak to 1 of 2 receptionists on duty and be allocated a room. This was at 11.15pm at night so we didn't get up to our room until midnight. We then tried to use the keycard to find out it didn't work so we couldn't get into the room. We had to wait again until someone arrived to let us in. I understand these things happen but maybe a member of the management team could have assisted the flustered staff at the desk or offered drinks etc to people in the queue.
Summary
What an amazing experience. I love this hotel. I requested a quiet room with a runway view. That's what I got. I was right next the elevator but could not hear a thing. I could hear planes taking off but thats what I wanted to experience.
The room was very modern & luxurious with a classy sophisticated style. The bed was amazing, I want one for home. The clasic room was large enough for 2 people. The shower should have a glass door rather than a curtian. Still this is just a small niggle.
I ordered Nachos from room service. I ordered a starter but there was enough for stater & main combined. I ordered the Full English Breakfast for £17.00. So much food so worth it.
I would deffinetly stay again.
What a fantastic hotel. It really does overlook the runways at Heathrow but is soundproof with windows closed. Helpful at check in, rooms huge with massive beds. The hotel has a Starbucks on site which is open 7am - 7pm. All staff I had the pleasure to meet were extremely helpful and friendly. The pool area is amazing with the tropical plants, the eastern theme music and seating. A lovely place to chill and forget that you actually are only 200 yards from a runway. Thank you Sheraton Skyline and Laterooms.

Nice place a general for all hotels if i want to trevel wearing a tracksuit i expect the same level service i would get if i wore a formal suit
Summary
I thought it was absolutely disgraceful to stay in an airport hotel ie. with the obviouslintention of flying or arriving ..and having to pay four pounds for each of us on th eairport shuttle .. the hotel gave the excuse that the airport authority gets the money but why doesnt th ehotel pay for this service .. disgrace
Summary
Excellent hotel, room was spacious and very clan. Good nights sleep due to comfy bed! Extremely good value.
Summary
Nice hotel and very comfortable large room with 2 double beds for family. Beds, linen and towels are 5* luxury. A good alternative to expensive city hotels if you can tolerate 40 minutes on the tube into central London. Kids loved the pool.
Summary
A very pleasing hotel, good size bedroom with good sound proofing, leisure facilities excellent particularly the swimming pool/bar. Nice to have a quiet place to sit and socialize
Summary
The receptionists are not very friendly and come across rude, this has been the case twice now!
