Even with the hiccup a great stay
We were put on the first floor on a Saturday night. The bar was pumping until 2am, making it very hard to sleep. However they apologised, saying it should not have happened, moved us to a much bigger room higher up and then took 50% off the bill. I also was given the managers card and told to contact her direct in future for bookings. What could have been a disastrous review turned into a customer service win. Well done Sanderson Hotel. btw a really cool hotel. We particularly liked the residents only bar.

Great weekend treat and excellent service!
I visited London as part of birthday weekend with friends and the hotel was fantastic, great feel to the place, excellent welcome and check-in and the service throughout was brilliant. Even when we ordered something that had ran out the hotel managed it well - the chef came to us apologised and asked us what we wanted instead. We had a great weekend, the hotel was quirky, chic and very modern - a real experience.

WHAT DID THE BEST REVIEW SAY?
