Staff and Serivice were excellent Whilst the room...
Staff and Serivice were excellent. Whilst the room was very nice it wasn't really that functional. If anyone pays full price I'm sure they will be terrribly disappointed. Even at £250 the room was poor value. The inclusion of a TV would seem to be as a result of an oversight. There is nowhere comfortable to sit and watch. The cupboard doors for the mini bar and storage space are of very very poor quality - just don't look good and as for the safe !!!! it is only a few inches above the floor. Given anyone staying is likely to have things which need putting in the safe they will have to get down on their hands and knees in order to set the code and open and close the door. Whilst nothing was "wrong" the thought of paying £600 per night is horrifying - even accepting the central London location
