Great Location

Great location in the heart of Covent Garden, close to transport facilities and shopping district.
Apartment was clean and tidy...bathroom could of done with a fresh coat of paint and the lamp in the living area was broken but overall a pleasant place to stay.

Not a Hotel

Lovely apartment and well equipped. Superb location right in Covent Garden and quiet because located in an enclosed square. But you collect the keys from miles away which they don't tell you before you pay, The entrance experience is grim in the extreme with massive locked gates with no indication you have the correct place, walk past piles of bagged rubbish which stunk in the sun, and then you think you are going below ground because the stairs take you down below the ground level you enter at. Once in the apartment its great, nice little balcony or courtyard depending on which apartment you are in (there are six and I stayed in 5 so had a balcony) with a few trees etc. On balance I would recommend these apartments but really only if you are staying more than one night because if you are in business want to get there in the evening dump your bags and get out again to entertain clients they are not practical due to having to collect the keys from Lambs Conduit Street a good 20 min walk.

A self contained flat located in covent garden handy for Leicester Square

The shop where the flat key is kept is a long way from the flat.
Take a taxi unless you have plenty of time and like a good walk.

The floor and bathroom are horribly dirty. Key collection was a hazel. Charge ridiculous price for wifi.

Read the booking details or you'll be in trouble!!

I hadn't stayed at a SACO place before so didn't realise that my usual assumption of making my way direct to the accomodation wouldn't work in this case. It is rare for me to be so organised as to have printed out the booking details and even rarer for me to actually read them. Its a good job I did as it wasn't clear when booking that, on arriving into London at Euston, I first had to travel to the SACO offices near Russel Square to get the keys. I then had a 15 minute walk to Covent Garden to locate the accomodation.
When I got there I was pleasantly suprised that, given it's in the heart of Covent Garden, how private and quiet it was. Great spot and would stay there again - now I know the routine!!
