Great location and excellent value for money

Very convenient for Paddington station and the room was very good if a little small.

Don't Go There!

My 'double room' was large enough to swing a small cat. But it was comfortable and newly refurbished. Although my booking form clearly noted that breakfast was included, the receptionist tried to charge me twice. Printed proof of her error failed to acknowledge an apology of any description - most unprofessional. A phone call to the hotel manager later that day gave the usual "it won't happen again" without his asking who was responsible for my dissatisfaction. £8.50 for orange juice, tea and some toast is hardly value. The discounted rate was the only redeeming feature.

Thin People Only

Hotel was clean and decent value for central London. Don't bother if you are a) driving (nearest car park is a good walk away) or b) fat (shower door only able to open about 1ft)

Excellent value centrally located hotel with outstanding room quality

We were not expecting much given the low price of the room, but just wanted somewhere to rest our heads overnight,. We were delighted with this hotel, had a friendly welcome from the staff upon checkin, found our room down a mazelike corridor, but well signposted.
The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and the bathroom had a fantastic power shower. This hotel was excellent and we will definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Satisfied Customer

Last minute decision to go to London so therefore a late booking. Very satisfied with the quality of room and service. Two minutes from Paddington station ideal for me. Would stay there again.

Last minute, great cost and cozy room.

This was a last minute booking but we were given a fantastic rate. The hallways were used as storage for upright beds and things that should have been put away in cupboards, however the room itself was clean and perfect for two people.

Paid £73 for the night and thought this was excellent value for money, room was quite small but was great for what we needed. Room was modern and nicely decorated and bathroom and shower was very clean. Stayed in room 420 and had nice view from room. Hotel around the corner fron lancaster gate tube, 2 min walk.
