I was staying in the beginning of June...
I was staying in the beginning of June in double room. And I think two stars are not enough for this hotel.1. I found all the things I needed for cooking (but serious everything from screwdriver to cooking bowls).2. Coffee, tea and the sugar on a table. Cream in the fridge. 3. The bath was comfortable, and just renovated (with a good smell and towels).4. Tv, table, cupboard, bed... One minus: found leaved rubbish in the toilets dustbin.However, this is perfect hotel for a good price, in the center of London.

Estuvimos en un apartamento era viejo pero estaba...
Estuvimos en un apartamento, era viejo pero estaba limpio. Lo peor era el ruido del parquet, que cruje un montón, cada dia nos levantavamos con el ruido del vecino de arriba. Ah! acordaros de llevar un adaptador de enchufe porque se me olvidó y pedí en recepción uno y me cobraron por ello, me parece muy mal. Trabajo en un hotel y lo prestamos gratis, ya que luego no sirve de nada que me lo lleve a mi pais. La situación estaba bien con la estación de metro a unos 300 metros donde te podias mover a cualquier lugar en poco tiempo. Sería un hotel que volvería porque creo que el precio está muy bien en relación a otros establecimientos.

good value for money reception staff very friendly...
good value for money. reception staff very friendly and helpful. room clean and and had all we needed for a 4 night stay. area quiet at night . local shops within 5 mins walk. nearest tube 5 mins.

Hotel was in a really convenient location for what I needed, and value for money, room was basic and in need of updating, would have been disappointed if I had paid more than I did.

Good points: Great location for us, five minutes walk from Paddington and 10 from Edgware Road. Amazingly quiet nights for a central London hotel. Kitchenette useful if a bit cramped. Hob and microwave, good set of utensils. Brand new bathroom. The Laterooms price (down to £65 a night for a one-bed apartment). Exceptionally friendly and straightforward staff. Beds comfortableBad points: generally scruffy apartment. Every floorboard creaks in all the rooms, wouldn't like to be on the lower floors. Very hot when we were there (although better that than too cold). Lounge furniture not very comfortable. Wifi doesn't work on the 4th floor - only in the lobby apparently.Would definitely return (have already booked again), so those niggles are minor really.Brilliant for a budget night in London and a bit of peace and quiet.

The hotel is good value for the money...
The hotel is good value for the money. The apartments are decent, regularly cleaned and close to two important London underground station. i.e Lancaster Gate and Paddington. The staff is also friendly and I got a pleasant surprise with their help to re-print my lost ticket from their computer. They also helped on advising how to go about the city when asked for.

Travelled in the snow for hours, freezing cold outside... dragging my lugage through the snow and ice...found the hotel, easy and Wow, opened the door and wow! huge kingsize bed, clean, neat and tidy! through to the living room, with flat sceen and lovely kitchenette...great facilities!! Huge bathroom, good shower, warm, wa, I could have lived there! Staff were couldn't have been nicer...really really excellent stay! Loved it. Even got a later check-out free of charge...Loved it...wanted to stay an extra night, but they were full up! :( Honestly 45 pounds? worth 4 times that easy!

The staff were very friendly and helpful.The whole place was a bit tatty - worn or stained carpets, loose toilet seat, poorly sprung bed, but not so much as to be problematic, at the price. However, the louvre windows let in drafts and noise (I can't see why anyone ever though that louvre windows were a good idea).So, it was OK, but I'll search around for others before returning, but I'd consider returning.

This was in a good location and nice...
This was in a good location and nice area, and was acceptable at the discounted price but I would not want to pay the full price. The bathroom was mouldy and the cold tap did not work so we could not have a shower and had to ladle cold water from the wash basin into the bath. Otherwise it was reasonable.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and...
The staff were very helpful and friendly and the room surpassed our expectations.The very central location will make this our first choice anytime we stay in London. It was also very nice that it had free internet as I had some work to do. Despite refurbishing works going on and the heating being too high for our liking(in our house we keep the heating low), we were very happy.

We decided to go to London for a few days close to Christmas but looking at a variety of hotels and apartments, it was NOT proving cheap. We managed to find this apartment and at the cheap price and location decided to try it. Excellent choice. The apartment was clean and was a good place to rest your head after a busy day shopping. The staff were kind enough to take our luggage since we had 4 hours to kill before check in and then again on our last day. The subway is under a 5 minute walk which is on the central line to Oxford Street etc. There is some shops round the corner if you need some milk and cereal in the morning as London isn't the cheapest place to eat out for breakfast, lunch and dinner!Overall very comfortable and the best price you will find in such a great location. Will definitely be staying again.

Fantastic location just round the corner from Lancaster...
Fantastic location, just round the corner from Lancaster Gate tube station and not much further from Paddington. Close to some fabulous, reasonably priced Italian restaurants. the hotel was spotlessly clean, and although they were refurbishing the hotel, we didnt hear any work until after 10am when we were already up or out. My friend and I had a refurbished room which was tastefully decorated yet homely. Quality of the refurbishment was not to an extremely high standard however because the room was a little poorly finished. The towel rail was only loosely balanced and there was putty still on the sink, the floor was not level so the cuboards and beds were on a slant aswell as a strange 'tea' stain up one wall.These things did not put me off staying at the hotel again though because it was still comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and the linen fresh everyday. The mini kitchenette was superb for cooking and I was extremely impressed with the number of utensils- we even had a pizza slicer and a ladel!

Clean and comfortable room, efficient and friendly service - corridors tatty (but quite possibly mid- decoration), /room functional rather than stylish/ downstairs communal area nicely appointed. All in all very good value for money - would recommend to friends.

Lo primero a destacar es que se encuentra cerca de una estación importante en Londres (padignton) , Es un alojamiento básico , pero completo ya que tienes todo lo necesario para poder hacer comidas. Está límpio pero necesita una reforma ya que la mayoria de las habitaciones todavia tienen moqueta . Las habitaciones para tres personas tienen dos camas y una cama supletoria, por lo que considero que no son exactamente para tres. Recomendale para ser Londres.

When you walk into the lobby area i looks fantastic. Very well presented and recently refurbished. We thats where it ends. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was a disgrace! Very out dated and scruffy room. There was a ladder to the attic just left out all week! the net curtains were black with dirt and the microwave didnt work, which is not great when its self catering!

arrived late on sunday night, been told does not have a single room for my booking so will upgrade me to a better one, room is clean and size is considerable bigger than any other double room hotel I have lived inside london city, only basic furniture inside, however, all cleaning and tidy. Have not tried the food, so no comment on it. And the price, I only booked online in the morning, where I got to pay less than 80 for 2 nights. overall best inside london

Myself and my partner stayed at the Royal Court appartments for one night. I came across there website via laterooms and having scoured through many many hotels being guided by there reviews I was pleasantly surprised to find one that was within our price range and had good reviews - so went ahead and booked - excellent value for money the appartment was spacey and although the decore was passed its best the was spotless and had all the facilities of home. This made our stay at the appartments very enjoyable and relaxing- I have already recommended it to friends and will be returning again in the new year. For value for money I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel - it is clean, well matained and the staff are polite and friendly. They are a credit to there employees.

This is a perfect situation, being within 5 to 10 minutes of both Lancaster St underground and Paddington station.We were treated with courtesy and the staff were always helpful.The apartment had been newly refurbished except for the beds, which were not good.It was well supplied with the necessary equipment for self-catering, and ncluded coffee/tea/milk/sugar. Highly recommended.

Close to Paddington Station and within walking distance...
Close to Paddington Station and within walking distance for plenty of eating establishments. Only small annoyance was that the free wi-fi did not work in the room, which was on ground floor so had to work in the lobby which is not convenient. Overall, it was a great stay anyway.

We were really pleased with the apartment we had. It was clean and tidy, the reception staff were pleasant and helpful. The only niggle was the room was a little to warm.

Los apartamentos están muy bien situados, cerca de dos estaciones de metro ( Paddington y Lancaster Gate ) y también muy cerca de una parada de autobuses ( por ejemplo el 149 que va a Victoria Station ). Nos dieron la habitación 509 en la planta más alta y era perfecta, unos 30-35 metros cuadrados, suelos de tarima, baño reformado, dos mesillas y una cómoda y un armario ropero y una cocina americana con nevera, fogones, microondas y utensilios de cocina. La habitación tenía dos ventanas grandes y por tanto bastante luz. El personal muy amable y ningún problema.
