I have stayed at the Rembrandt a few times now but this was the first time i took my car. They offer a valet parking service which is great providing there are enough porters around or (if late at night) they can drive!! Twice we had to get our car which is not a massive problem except once it was late at night, we weren't sure where we were going and it was a good 10 minute walk away! The rest of our stay was great all the staff are very helpful, the hotel is clean, rooms a good size and the food excellent. Even on late rooms it is still quite expensive I assume because of it's location, so we will go again but as a treat rather than every time we visit London.

We often stay at The Rembrandt which is consistently good value being around £140 per night including two breakfasts. You are lucky to be allocated a smart room since most are a bit jaded and shown distinct signs of wear with slightly scruffy bathrooms. This time the staff, who are usually most helpful and courteous, appeared a bit stressed, maybe it was because there were loads of tourists staying. The hotel is average but the prices are are very sensible for London. Thoroughly recommended.

We booked into this hotel for one night. The staff were helpful, the room was ideal, the breakfast was good (although bacon and tomatoes could have been hotter). We could walk to the places we wanted to visit and the deal with Later Rooms.com made it very good value for money for a hotel in this part of London.

I booked the 3 rooms so that we could have a weekend to celebrate my daughter's birthday with the family. the reason was it was a location very near to the resturaunt where we dining. When we arrived we were told that they were overbooked and we would need to move. They provided taxis but it invloved a considerable amount of organisation from us. They knew about this earlier in the week but I understand they had no way of contacting us. I was slightly annoyed as I had arranged the accommodation well in advance
