Unfortunately we were put on the second floor with a large group of foreign students constantly running around the corridors, knocking on doors and generally noisy each night . Had to phone reception on a number of occasions as did other guests. it spoilt our stay

Booked this hotel for its proximity to Wembley Stadium and it price for a family room. We also checked out the reviews and found everything to be as it said. A fantastic value for money hotel.Clean,modern rooms,big enough for my wife,two children and myself in a family room. I paid £185.00 for two nights during an F.A Cup semi-final weekend,breakfast not included.However I would book breakfast next time as you only pay for adults whilst kids eat free.Within easy reach of Wembley by cab (£30.00 return) booked with Acton Cars,a local cab company,highly recommended (ask for Rasmus).Staff were polite,professional and attentive.North Acton train station is 3 mins walk from hotel and train takes app 15 mins into London.My only gripe would be parking,which is charged at £10.95 per 24hr period. This could be halved or perhaps the first 24hr period could be free.However I would use this hotel again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I arrived at the hotel and was given a room on the sixth floor. I got to my room and it was hot. and the air conditioning unit seemed unable to cope and reduce the temperature. I reported the problem to reception who could not have been more helpful and quickly had a check done established there was a problem and arranged for another room to be set up for me. I was very impressed with the quiet, polite efficiency of the desk staff who could not have been more helpful.

I've never stayed at a hotel before where guests are made to feel like an inconvenience by all members of staff; from check in arguing over room rate despite me showing my late rooms email to restaurant staff saying all tables were booked (but it was empty) and we could only eat if we finsihed in 30 minutes. A colleague was lied to regarding an ironing board- it was on its way apparently but it took an hour and 3 additonal phone calls to get one delivered.
Parling is on Hotel grounds and you still pay, Wi FI is not free.
It feels like the Ryanair of hotels with lots of add on charges, but that's probably a disservice to Ryanair as they do at least itemise before you book!

Easy to find.staff couldn't do enough for us.all very pleasant and helpful.room nice and clean,walk in shower a nice suprise and worked well,not the usual dribble.we are planning another trip to London all ready and will be booking the ramada with out a doubt.great guys.cheers

After booking a family room and exchanging 3 e mails relating to this on arrival we could not be found on the computer. After giving the booking reference and then leaving to visit London when we arrived at 7:30 pm we had to go through the same thing again. We then had to stand in the room while the maid prepared the family bed and bring towels for my daughter some 30 minutes also the main standard lamp was broken, the bedside light did not work and there was no safety mat in the shower. We also had to ask for an extra cup, tea and milk another 10 minutes.
The room was also very noisey not from outside but from the ajoining rooms and the corridor.
The staff were more concerned about charging for parking

Helpful staff and nice hotel. Easy for the tube and cheap safe parking.
Not the easiest place to acees by car in the first place though. We drove past three times before working it out !!

Room was clean and tidy, not bad value for money but a bath would of been nice instead of just a shower. staff were friendly and helpful.

We came to stay at this hotel with family and children . we had booked two rooms. Rooms were clean and tidy. However I was disappointed with snacks or the lack of them in the room. there was no toothpaste in the bathroom and we had to pay for tv and broadbnd as an extra. we also had to pay extra for parking things not mentioned previously.
We only stayed one night and the breakfast experience was good. Everyone was nice and friendly.Overall the experience was good.

Absolutely fantastic. Can't fault the hotel in any way at all. My grandsons are already asking to go back to the same hotel next year. Hotel looks a long way from centre of city but being very near to the central line made it really easy.

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel,can not fault on anything about the whole experience.

Used the Ramada Encore brand before in various places and the rooms are all identical. Clean and the wooden floors mean there are no carpets infested with goodness knows what sometimes!! The downside to this is that some of the boards in our room creaked so hope this was not a disturbance to those below. Also the boards on the corridor also creaked but we weer only disturbed once. Despite the hotel being on the A40 at Gypsy Corner and near LHR flightpath the glazing was excellent. The only real letdown was the breakfast which was overpriced and below the standard one would expect from this standard of hotel. We were issued with a BOGOF voucher but this didn't alter the quality or heat the food.

A lovely modern, clean, welcoming hotel in a fantastic location for visiting London. Access to the hotel for drivers needs to be explained to guests as it it quite hard to find but great once found! The room was smaller than I had thought it would be for four sharing especially as we had upgraded to the executive floor but it was clean and well equipped. The view across London from the top of the building first thing in the morning was fantastic. The evening meal was good as we love Asian food but breakfast was slightly disappointing as most juices werent available and the quality of the pastries wasnt too great but overall it was a great place to stay, the tube is literally two mins walk away and the staff were friendly and very courteous. Thank you.

This was an extremely good value deal for 3 nights. Staff v polite & helpful.
Easy transport links into central london. Only complaint was the full english buffet breakfast was only luke warm. However our evening meal in restaurant was delicious and good value.

Very nice clean room, comfortable double bed. English breakfast very pricey at £20+, but a very easy hotel to stay at if work is paying the bill! Unfortunately they had forgot to pick up the LateRooms fax, so I wasn't actually booked in when I arrived, but that was sorted out very quickly.

The hotel sits at the side of the A40 in next to Acton but lacks clear signs to get to the car park so we spent 30 minutes or so trying to find the entrance (there is only one turning off the A40 so it was back and forth for a while!).
Once we arrived we were greeted by a slightly grumpy man and a friendly and polite receptionist that couldn't speak much coherent English. We managed to stumble through a conversation and get the room key but I was very disappointed to find that they charged £10 per night for parking and over £7 per night for access to the wireless internet.
The room was clean and tidy but felt cheap and the wooden floors were not cosy.
I had a good nights sleep and the stay was good value for London but I think they could do better. It is certainly much more suited to business than personal stays.

The hotel was excellent value for money. The rooms were basic but clean and the bed was comfortable. The position was excellent for travel into London with a tube station only a few minutes walk away.

GOt a 3 for 2 nights deal so only paid about £40 a night, which for the location was excellent. Was put in an exec room (no idea why) so had plenty of space and a great view. Only 15 mins on central line from centre of london and about 3 mins walk from tube, so made a great base for exploring london. Didnt really use the hotel for anything but sleeping in, but based on the location and the price i would definately stay here again. Only slight negative was there was no wardrobe/cupboard in the room, just some hooks and cubby holes by the door, so storage space was limited, wouldnt want to stay for longer than a few days without space to unpack. Otherwise, quiet, clean and good value hotel.

This was a nice hotel, room was spacious & very clean & couldnt hear any outside noise at all. would stay here again. Never tried the restaurant so dont know about that, if I stay again I'll check out the fitness centre.

Found having to pay £10 for overnight parking a tad expensive seeing it is not in Central London.. I suspect I could have found local parking at zero cost..

Good business hotel

I have stayed twice at the Ramada Encore for a total of 12 nights, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's clean, the staff are very helpful. A nice modern hotel just 2 minutes walk to North Acton tube station which is on the central line, and 15 minutes right into the heart of London. Very good value hotel.

A very comfortable room with fantastic business facilities. Definitely worth the money.

With no carpets on the floor this hotel is not very well sound proofed at all

This place at Laterooms rates is excellent. I've reviewed it several times before. The only thing that has happened twice now including this visit is that the telephone doesn't work so the simple job of ordering room service is complicated by having to look up the hotel's phone number and ring in from outside on my mobile. In both cases the plug had been removed from the phone and the wires run directly into the socket under the bedside unit . Therefore even when they come to swap the phone they can't because they can't unplug it. Two different rooms on two different stays now have been affected by the same problem.

Stayed on an inclusive dinner and breakfast offer package. A good value for money hotel with comfortable rooms and good staff service. The dinner and breakfast was excellent value and very well provided in nice brightly furnished common areas in the bar,cafe and restaurant.Good modern decor and subtle lighting.
The hotel is adjacent to a very busy main road, with very easy walking access from North Acton underground Station. Also good access for parking on the quite (tube station) access side .
The bedrooms have double glazing plus a sliding window. This was effective triple glazing blanking out most traffic noise. Made for a fairly peacfull and undisturbed nights sleep.
Well recommended.

Great hotel - value for money!!

Convenient location for the tube station to get the Central line to City Centre, close to Tesco Express, very pleased with my stay and good food.

A nice standard clean hotel ideal for those wishing to base themselves outside the Capital

It's a nice hotel, close to Central line which makes it a perfect location for a week-end away in London.
The traffic can be a bit loud if you like sleeping with open windows but other than that, we liked the room a lot.

Only complaint is they have thought about external noises and have excellent sound proofing, however the internal sound proofing is terrible and you can hear everything in the next room/corridor and this ruin an otherwise excellent stay

A second stay for me and this time used the tube and train to get there (easy walk from North Acton). Got an even better rate this time via Late Rooms which just made it even better.
The phone in the room didn't work and on inspection could be seen to be bodged up into a broken socket but within minutes of me reporting it someone arrived and fixed it.

Room was nice but television was not working. I also thought a fridge would have been nice.
The charge for a bottle of water also a bit extreme.
The bar and eating area seemed to be infested with flies which was a pity because the area had a nice ambience.
Unfortunately the barman wanted the bar closed asap (around 11 p.m) but fortunately too many people came in and he had to re open which clouded the atmosphere.
The hotel has good potential, but 'could do better'

The all but £90 cost of the room was very good for what you get. At full rate of £190 it'd be quite expensive. I arrived at 1pm expecting to have to wait and work in the lounge until 2pm check in but was allowed to check in straight away which is pleasantly accommodating. The room had a wetroom/shower but no bath which normally is a negative for me but actually it was very nice.
Getting into the place at gypsy Corner can be confusing as it looks like you get at it from the A40 but you actually have to turn off and then approach it from behind. the first car park entrance is also for deliveries only and you have to drive up further and round a silly little roundabout.
the car park is small and was pretty much full with I assume conference delegates when I arrived. The only spaces were under cover but with a 1.9m height restriction I couldn't get in! The outside spaces were very cramped.
All in though a very good deal.

The hotel is close to the tube, clean and the staff are friendly. Expensive if you booked direct but shopping around for the best deal meant it was very reasonably priced.

We travelled for a single night stay with 2 young children. The room was clean and well designed, the wet room was lovely. No trouble with car parking. The restaurant was lovely and accomodated our maybe unusual requests without a blink. Reception slightly slow to acknowledge us on arrival (they were dealing with another query first) but otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
