you get exactly what you expect and there is nothing wrong with that, room are clean, reception efficient, everything processed without hitch, but i can't help feeling like a number rather than a guest. In a great position for the two best sushi restaurants in london, Kiraku and Sushi Hiro both about 50 yards down the road

Helpful staff and good food. Room was clean but the heating didn't work, and a heater was brought after it couldn't be fixed. Shower gel wasn't replaced after the first night's stay. Convenient location for Ealing

Very impressed with this hotel, which was recommended by a nurse colleague. The room was on the small side but very nice and very clean. The hotel was itself very nice. It was only down the road to the underground and we had a brilliant time in London. We went with our 19 year old son and his girlfriend. They thoroughly enjoyed it. Breakfast was really impressive as well. Really good value for money.

Easy to drive to from the airport but also close enough to get into London quickly on the tube - ideal for a group of friends who just need a place to stay for a night/ weekend in London.

The hotel is well situated, a little out of town. The restaurant struggles to cope at breakfast and it is wise to allow plenty of time.

the room was very small, although clean. Staff were more than accommodating but the area around the hotel is awful.. The only good thing is you are close to the underground which is no more than a 4 min walk away.

Location excellent for our needs.Last minute booking, a rushed visit, for family reasons. Reasonable price for area although reception staff were unfriendly and abrupt. Whilst all rooms were regarded as non-smoking, our room had a strong distinct smell of stale cigarettes which, despite having the windows open for our entire stay remained very unpleasant. We did inform reception to which the reply was 'thanks'!! Be prepared to launder all clothing following your stay.

We have stayed here several times previously and it has been fine. The hotel was clearly under pressure this time - overbooked and understaffed - and it showed. We did not complain, but many others did. We could see that the staff who were there were doing their best. But nonetheless we will regard this as an aberration, and would almost certainly stay there again, for its location, value, and reasonable parking.

We have been using this hotel for 3 years as it is close to where our grown up children live. During this time we have noticed that the quality of the accomodation has gone down and the rooms have a 'tired' feel to them. When we first stayed a big draw for the hotel was the free parking. This is now £6.50 a night. In the past there was also a better range of items on the tea/coffee tray, including biscuits and water. This is now very basic. We have sometimes managed to get good deals on this hotel but on this occasion it was expensive and not good value for money. Finally, it would be good if the staff on reception could adopt a more friendly approach to the customers.
