Very close to Gloucester Rd tube station, excellent location. Helpful staff and delicious breakfast.
This hotel is awful. We were charged twice for the room. The room was grubby, small and just plain awful, what you would expect of a 2 star hotel.
Have complained to manager and CEO, this is truly the worst hotel I've ever been to.
This hotel was in an excellent situation/location with parking available all around after hours and at weekends. The Natural History Museum is easy walking distance and it was comfortable and quiet too. The staff polite, pleasant and keen to please.

Summary
Warm and professional welcome from the Receptionist. Overall a good stay. Room very small but adequate enough as I was going out to an event and so only needed to sleep. However, I got a wake up call that was not requested at 7.30am and Housekeeping staff talking outside my rooms despite the 'do not disturb sign'. Shower temperture was challenging to change - instructions on tiles would be useful as the water was scalding hot. Breakfast staff need to improve on friendliness.
Summary
As usual, we had en exellent stay at Radisson. The staff is very friendly and offers exellent service. The breakfast selection and quality are first class.
Summary
A pleasant experience all round. The chap who met us at reception was particularly helpful (can't remember his name, unfortunately). Breakfast was on top of the room cost, but was very nice. Slight complication with payment on checking out, but was all sorted out OK.
Summary
The reception staff were absolutely fantastic. After realising I had been booked into the hotel for the wrong day, the reception staff did all they could to accommodate me for the night I required.
Summary
I enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Edwardian. The hotel is in a good location, very close to the tube station and there are some shops, including Boots and Waitrose, just across the road. On arrival, staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room itself was a single - very small but no smaller than the typical room in London. I used the WiFi, which was great. There were some magazines in the room, which I thought was a really nice touch. The bathroom was a little bit dated but otherwise fine. I left my luggage in the store after checking out and everything was dealt with professionally. The staff here really are a cut above and go out of their way to help.
Overall, I would recommend the Radisson Edwardian to anyone. It is a great value hotel in a convenient locationwith very helpful staff.
I was given room 229 in the hotel which was very small but adequate for a stay of one night.
It was clean and comfortable although very small even for sole occupation.
The bathroom however was a different matter-it was so tiny even a Pigmy would have difficulty in using the toilet! I urge this detail to be investigated by a senior member of your staff-it was quite the most useless facility I have Ever experienced in any of the thousands of rooms I have stayed in.
I complained to your desk clerk on leaving the hotel and was assured the matter would receive due attention.
If after inspection your staff disagree with my assessment i would be astonished.
I would be very pleased to hear further of this matter.
I would consider some form of partial reimbursement to be in order,as I feel this would be fully justified.
Looking forward to your reply.
I look forward to your comments
We had a large room at a very reasonable price. The room whilst spacious was somewhat gloomy though and the elaborate decor was spoilt by a wardrobe that seemed to be made of painted mdf. That said it was a good room.
However the restaurant really lets the hotel down, it was poorly staffed had little or no ambiance and the fixtures and fitting bore no resemblance to the rest of the hotel.
At the check out when I recounted our concerns the Front of House Manager was very professional and seemed concerned to hear my comments. He offered an upgrade next time we stayed but that seems unlikely.
Great service, got upgraded to a double room for free. Staff great! Good location and easy to find.
Summary
I stayed here with my Mum on a mid-week city break. The hotel is in an excellent location, just across the road from Gloucester Road tube station, and also where the Big Bus company tour bus stops,so we could continue our tour round the city directly from our hotel!
There are many cafes and restaurants in close proximity for breakfast, lovely patisseries. We didn't have breakfast included in our deal, so can't comment on breakfast, thought it was a little pricey at £11.50 for continental.
The room was very comfortable, air conditioning was much appreciated on 2 very warm evenings. We would love to return here, and a great deal if you are looking to explore the city from a safe, luxurious base.
The room itself was very crampt, had stained carpets (and toilet!) and when you let the bath water out it bubbled up into the sink and left the room smelling of rotten eggs. The refridgerator didn't seem to work and it was quite noisy outside. Also the room was difficult to find in a labyrinth of corridors. The only redeeming quality was the bed which was very comfortable.
Summary
This hotel is only a few steps from Gloucester Road tube station and very convenient for Kensington, especially the Albert Hall. We thought that the online booking price was very good value for money. The welcome was very warm and we had excellent advice on where to have dinner [thank you Kris]. The room was clean and comfortable and not too noisy although it was at the front of the hotel, on the main road. Breakfast was also good value, service was very attentive and informal, We didn't like the chicken sausages but the coffee was good and the fruit was fresh and tasty
Summary
Really nice hotel with great looking entrance and good customer service. I paid around £100 per night for the hotel in Kensington area isn't really bad.
I would say the only minus of the place it's that it took me over 15 minutes to find my room. The corridor is very narrow and you will see the doors everywhere but not too your room.
Generally, speaking the standard of room was excellent (as to be expected from a 4* hotel), but there were a couple of niggles that took the gloss off the experience. First, although I knowingly booked a single room, the room was truly tiny, with the bathroom crammed into one corner. Second, the room was on the top floor as far away from anything as possible, and accessible only by a very long flight of winding stairs or the slowest lift ever built. Third, the bathroom had some splashes of grey paint (or similar) on the walls, which was perplexing because there was nothing in the bathroom painted in grey; furthermore, the TV speaker in the bathroom did not work. However, a room of this standard for less than £100 in the heart of Kensington is not an option to turned down.
Summary
Excellent customer service and a comfortable room.

Summary
The room was very basic overlooking the main road which was noisy all night long and into the morning. The bed faced the bathroom door which was frosted glass which meant that as soon as the sun rose it was like having a spotlight in your eyes.At reception during conversation it was pointed out that we had changed rooms although 407 was given to us on arrival. The service was good and so was the food. The room was cleaned to a good standard just a shame about all the leaks from the ceiling in the corridor after a rain storm.
Summary
Our room was tucked away, accessed by a narrow stairway, but was nevertheless roomy, clean and well appointed. The bed was large and comfortable. The staff were efficient and friendly. Its proximity to Hyde Park and the Royal Albert Hall was a bonus.
Summary
Staff were very helpful. Hotel was nice and obviously in a great location.
I would not stay there again in a single room as the room was just too small and I felt a bit stifled. Cannot comment on any other room.
We paid £100 - £114 per night for thei hotel room. THe bar and reception look good, but the rooms are tired and small. The bathrooms are tiny. The beds are comfy but squeezed in. Noisy street. Hepful foh staff. Lying, lazy and hopeless house keeping. Very durty room when we checled it. Not pleasent
Summary
Small ground floor room next to another room used as a dumping ground for old carpets and maintenance materials clearly visable to guests, not sure if I was in the dungeon of the hotel or where they put late rooms guests? In the room was very loud pipes and a boiler above the ceiling and when I complained was told to ask for a room above the ground floor next time, really helpful service.
Summary
A very good hotel in a good location with excellent staff
Summary
I was put in the tiniest room ever which was not particularly clean and horribly furnished. Expected much, much better.
Summary
The most memorable part of our weekend away was the customer service in this hotel, all of the staff we encountered were extremely helpful and friendly. Eric in reception was especially helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the restaurant were also very efficient and courteous.
The room was okay, it was clean and nicely furnished, but not outstanding. It was quite noisy on the street outside during the night, but it didn't spoil our stay and I think you should expect this when you're staying in a hotel in London!
The package we had was very good value, we took advantage of the 25% offer on the evening meal and had a really good meal. The breakfast was also very good. It was also a lovely treat to have our complimentary afternoon tea before we caught the train home.
We were slightly disappointed that the complimentary Liberty tote bag that was part of the deal was unavailable, but that was the only thing that let us down.
We all agreed that we would definitely visit this hotel again, it's in a fantastic location - the Natural History Museum, Victoria & Albert were a short walk up the road. Harrods was also within walking distance too.
Many thanks to the staff at Radisson Edwardian for helping to make our weekend break such a special one!
Clean, comfortable room, though quite small in comparison to other rooms I've stayed in. Would be suitable for single business traveller staying overnight.
Summary
Good location, very helpful & friendly staff, good food, clean room - I was extremely happy and impressed with the whole experience!
Summary
The service amd staff were exce;;ent i couldnt ask for more. the only down side was the air conditioning which even when turned off made a noise all night and i am deaf in one ear!
Summary
The room was very small but clean. The road outside my window (Cromwell Road) was very noisy indeed. The window did not prtect my ears from the noise at all. The bed was right by the window so i could hear the traffic all night long . . .it never let up. The first night i did not sleep at all .
Summary
Stayed for one night for an enjoyable experience. Good food and friendly excellent service.
Summary
Each member of staff were really helpful and courteous. Room was spacious. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend. Good Location for Royal Albert Hall and the Museums.
Summary
It was fine.
Summary
Tiny single room - only a one night stay and didn't have any work to do so wasn't a problem.
Acceptable in relation to the low cost, but may be a consideration if you need to work as well as sleep.
The hotel is very conveniently located for the museums and central London attractions. However, being located on a very busy road, the road noise is quite an issue, particularly if you are not used to such traffic noise, throughout the night. The room service breakfast, while expensive (although probably average for London), was excellent. The most annoying thing was being woken up by the maid wanting to clean the room at 8.15am even though I was checking out that day. All in all, not a bad hotel but still room for improvement.
Summary
Nicely decorated lobby and bar/restaurant. Corridors narrow and dark.
Room standard was acceptable but due to hotel being full our bathroom was for disabled people, so position of sink was low.
Overall, our stay was good value for money but only because we happened to get a heavily discounted rate. Bar prices and breakfast rates are absurdly expensive.
