Luxurious

Lovely big bed, only using hotel for a stopover between flights so unfortunately didn't get to use all the facilities but would stay here again.

Perfect for travellers arriving late afternoon and leaving early the next morning to catch a plane, wanting nothing more than a good, quiet room with space to move around without bumping into each other, a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom with large towels!
All this we had at a very good price.. Thank you

Radisson Edwardian Heathrow Airport Hotel

The perfect hotel for the business traveller. Located on Bath Road and only a 10 minute Hopper Bus ride from the main airport terminals. The Hopper buses run every 20 minutes and cost around £8 return. The hotel itself is sumptuously decorated and the rooms are a good size and very clean. The restuarant food was very good and in particular the centrepiece salad bar had an impressive range of high quality 'healthy' options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again and can highly recommend the Radisson Edwardian.

An Excellent Start

What an excellent start to our southern hemisphere holiday. Advance booking to secure room and well worth it. A lot of accommodation at a very reasonable price.

Average

Just an average airport hotel with a high price tag ... There are many other hotels in the area which would offer more bang for your buck. Did the job, however (an overnight hotel connection at Heathrow). Would explore cheaper alternatives next time.

Very good value for money. Staff very helpful & food excellent quality

I was caught here at Heathrow last Xmas during snow (airport shutdown) & Raddison Edwardian staff were very helpful, at each of the 3 attempts I had to fligh away for Xmas.
So, I had no hesitation in booking accommodation there, once again this October.

The Raddison Edwardian

I chose this hotel because of its convienent location to Heathrow airport. The price of the room also appealed to me as at £62 it was appeared to be good value for money. Upon our arrival to the hotel and checking in we soon realised that the hotel catered for a certain class of guest. We were dressed in casual attire after a 6 hour journey from home.Upon booking in we were told the cost of the room was £200 per night and the receptionist who dealt with us was suprised that we could get a room for the price of £62! Thankfully we had the printout of our booking to confirm our booking price. The quality of the room left a lot to be desired, although clean and tidy it was not as good as other hotels we have stopped in. There was only a small selection of tea and coffee available and if you required more you had to purchase it from the mini bar. The hairdryer provided was really hard to use and obviously not of good quality. I felt the customer service was poor and that the staff were quite aloof on the reception desk.

Nice room, but do not eat/drink here!

The room was very nice, better lighting though would help. Dark hairs on bed...oh dear! TV- picture & sound out of sync. Was told had to wait 20 minutes for a table in restaraunt, ordered room service, dirty wine glass delivered with food, no bearnaise sauce for the sirloin steak which was "awful" when sauce arrived it was spilt, and x6 chips on the plate. Breakfast was inluded in price but the night before's experience was still very fresh.
When departing was asked if I had enjoyed my stay, I relayed the above and was given a smiling "oh I am sorry".
