The Best......

This hotel cannot be faulted for service, locality or anything else for that matter.
The service was warm and welcoming as soon as we walked through door.
The bed was probably the most comfortable i've slept and, most unusually for London, the wifi was free!!!

Excellent

The house keepers forgot to provide us with tooth brushes and tooth paste though they came around an hour after our arrival to check if we needed any items in the room.
We were not aware of the missing item until the next morning when we wanted to brush our teeth.
I would sugest that they double check before the guest's arrival. I found it disturbing for someone to knock in the room except when one is expecting a room service! The reception was very good. we ordered starters as room service and that was very good. The shower room is very small and the room carperts needs TLC The carpert colour is not appealing or it needs some good shampooing. The overall presentation is excellent and meets the 5 star status. The staff are very good and all helpfull. i would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and I will call again.

Very Relaxing time!

We had a very relaxing time at this hotel and would recommend it to people looking for a perfect short break in the capital.
Members of staff were extremely helpful, the food and wines available were excellent - and the hotel was in a wonderful central location, which allowed us to explore a large area of the capital on foot without the hassle of using the underground .
We came away feeling refreshed - and very relaxed!

Room

Our stay was fantastic. The location was amazing and the staff could not do enough to help us. When we came back at about midnight we went to the bar and had a Mojito which was perfectly made. The only gripe I would have is that we were two ladies travelling together and were given a double room. A twin would have been much better. Check in was a little slow (and there was no queue) but there was a technical problem with the computer and this could not be helped.

Exceeded expectations!

This is one of the best London hotel breaks we've had for a long time. The value for money was great, a suite for just over 200 pounds in Central London! The friendly staff at reception, bar and breakfast in the room made or stay a pleasure. If ordering breakfast in the room, be aware they massive my wife said next time we would order one and share.

Great location and excellent customer service - would look forward to staying again!

Lovely hotel in a great location for lots of London attractions and theatres.
The room was lovely (and huge!) with a great view over Leicester Square - despite the renovation work going on there at the moment. Couldn't fault the friendly and attentive staff who were all excellent. Would definitely recommend.

What a location, and what pleasant staff.

A simply wonderful central location, but no noise from outside even though Leicester Square has lots of development in progress. We did not need bus/tube or taxi during our stay, we walked everywhere. Staff were excellent. Would we stay here again? Definitely.

Not a happy reception and left hungry

Arranged a part of a celebration for us and contacted hotel several times prior to arrival in a bid to get something extra thrown in and received a great response.
However on arrival the nightmare began. Our receptionist Ieva made us feel unwelcome to the point of feeling awkward. There was no record of our booking and I had to use my IPhone to prove the booking, luckily i had the email. I was made to feel like some kind of lady of the niight by the receptionist and we were even asked if I preferred single beds and I was constantly referred to as miss even though the booking was made in my married name. The room was ok, a little cramped but space is a premium. In the evening we used the bar several times and the service was excellent. At around 11 we decided to go up to our room and use the room service menu which looked excellent value. My husband dialled to order but was told that only a choice of 3 sandwiches wwere available and that the room menus were old therefore we went to bed hungry. At checkout we asked about the room service and were informed that the menu was not old and it appeared that the attendant simply couldnt be bothered to provide any food. Overall disappointing.

Fantastic Anniversary Break

We stayed at the Radisson Edwardian to celebrate our 10th Anniversary, I have to say that from start to finish the staff and hotel were excellent. We stayed in a Junior Suite and we found the accomodation fantastic with a view over Leicester Square (Although the view was hampered by the building works in the square). I would recommend this hotel as the rooms are great and the staff are very friendly.

Excellent hotel and staff room rate is high as expected so try various web sites to get a deal.

We booked via late rooms and upgraded when we arrived. This is a lovely plush hotel with very helpful staff. Fab cocktail list in the bar, coffee maker in the room, telephone in the loo etc etc. Beds are turned down at night and the bath robes are lush - deserves its 5 stars. If we are being over critical the only things that let the room down was the lack of chanels on the TV - BBC news and not much else.

London stay

Had a lovely stay in London despite the riots - the hotel was in a great location and once the work on Leicester Square is finished it won't be beaten - it could do with some modernisation in the bedrooms but the room was kept very clean and the food we had in the restaurant was quite nice. The reception staff were all pleasant and helpful so all in all a great stay.

Lovely short stay, great location for those wanting to pack a lot in as much of central London accessible on foot saving tube time. Easy access to Covent Garden, cinemas, theatres etc. Hotel was excellent, we arrived early to drop bags and were able to check in and upgraded without asking to room with kingsize bed. We didnt eay in hotel so cant speak for that but would choose again for a short break.

Weekend Away:

Fantastic Location and excellent staff. Room was fantastic with views of Big Ben and London Eye. Our weekend was special as we were attending a friends wedding on the Thames and wanted a relaxed, travel free weekend. We had everything at our finger tips and the hotel staff were fantastic. Champagne, Show, top location and hotel....Will be staying again. (Had a great lunch however one in hotel bar was not of the standard I would have expected - having said this - we were not charged and received a letter of apology - so would not sway my view of this fab hotel)

Surprise, surprise!

I never expect a great deal from London hotels but this one was a surprise, the staff were professional and very courteous particularly the reception staff. The room was lovely, a good size and immaculate. The restaurant was comfortable and the food good at a reasonable price. small niggle the quality of the pillows could do with looking at with a choice of feather being offered foam is not everyone's choice! Apart from that great will stay again and recommend it to any one wanting a good hotel near many of London's main attractions.

Dissapointing Radisson experiance

We were given a double room dispite booking a twin, although this was rectified quite quickly after a long journey playing musical rooms was not much fun. Also the room we were given had a large crack in the hand basin. Room service was prompt however the order was for poached eggs on a muffin with spinach not the circle of wet toast with poached egg which was served. Again this was addressed quite quickly by the duty manager but realy not up to standard for any Radisson let alone a central London one. Hair dryer supplied was old, dirty and nowhere near a mirror. Luckily our booking was only for one night.
