The hotel was booked for a birthday trip for my husband. we also went with another couple. we paid next to nothing for the room and was pleasantly surprised. It was lovely and clean and very well decorated. The staff were all friendly and helpful especially the girl on the bar.

From arrival to departure this was a most enjoyable experience. Staff were happy and could not do enough for guests. Why can't all hotels be like this. Service and accommodation was excellent. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Great hotel little things let it down!

I may be clutching at straws here but the quality of the room and hotel was let down by the complimentary bottle of so called spring water was obviously tap water as the rip band on the tap was insecure and still attached to the screw cap! Also the italian coffee machine in room was broken and even though reported was not fixed/ replaced.
Had it not been for this you could not fault the whole experience.

Really swish hotel

Went to london for a weekend break. The hotel was very modern and clean. The room was small but perfectly formed. They had not skimped on the size of the bathroom which was average size for a hotel. The tv was large and modern.
Breakfast was a nice buffet style with high quality produce. The barman was friendly and the bar was comfortable and modern.
Very well situated for the theatres, which is why we chose it.

Smart, central and secure

Reception staff outstandingly smart, courteous and efficient. Room very comfortable, if a little on the small side, but with excellent facilities (trouser press/iron & Board, etc). Bathroom spotless and well equipped; however, there was no plug in the sink, which made shaving tricky. Did not eat here, so cannot comment on this aspect.

Our stay at radisson edwardian

Hotel was nice.
seats in the lounge were too low and there was no choice of seet height though there were different chairs and couches.
For the money we felt the hotel was a bit stingy. The only complimentary item we got was a bottle of still water. The mini bar was poorly stocked without even wine.

Great hotel and excellent staff - good for theatres

This hotel is stunning - top-notch interior with plush fittings, it really has the wow factor. The foyers as you step out from the lift onto your floor (ours was the third floor) are incredible - black polished granite floor and black quilted wallpaper on a curved wall. Stunning. Our room had also been refitted not too long ago and the bathroom was so fab I have taken photos for when we redesign ours. Staff and service brilliant. Bar service fab too, and bar prices not too bad considering location etc. though swerved breakfast as it was far too pricey (£24) Great location - short walk from theatreland. Would definitely stay again for a treat.

Nice hotel, good location

Very contemporary styling to this room which was of a reasonable size. The only niggle was that we seemed to get a handicapped equipped room which meant there were quite a few extra items in the bathroom, but not terrible. Never really thrilled with these 'wet room' type rooms. The shower head was great, but the water does seem to go everywhere.

Lovely hotel

Great location for the theatres, very good room with dressing area and good bathroom with plenty of amenities. Bar was beautiful, but very expensive, although with the deluxe room, we did get a £15 voucher which helped (2 x G &T's £17+). Also had free internet access, so a high priced room, but we wanted the location and something a bit special, so worth it.

Overnight Stay

Wanted somewhere relatively close to where we were going that evening.
Very pleased with our choice. Staff friendly and professional. Room immaculate and with a view.
Housekeeping staff knocked and asked if we would like a turn down service which was a nice touch. Only slight gripe was price for a beer and a brandy coffee on our return from show, but I guess that's London prices for you !!

A delight to stay somewhere so close to the British Museum, shopping etc. Reception staff were charming and helpful, and the breakfast ordered was varied and amazing to consume whilst avidly watching the rugby ! Since my wife was staying in Radisson Blu in Cardiff and left her mobile phone in an Italian restaurant they recommended, we would always choose Radisson anywhere, as the girl on reception there went to fetch it from said restaurant after she finished work and housekeeping posted it back completely free of charge. What an amazing firm. John Horne

Perfect location

The hotel has a perfect location in the very heart of london close to the British Museum and 5 min. walk from the tube station.Staff at the reception desk is very nice and helpful but gave us a narrow room instead of the marble bathroom and queen size bed larger one we chosen, justifing that happens booking on internet!!We had some problems with the credit card because when arrived at the check in i gave my credit card for payment but the day after in their computer was no money from my card left! So they didn't let us go to the room and took an hour trying to solve their problems! Also we had a very bad smell coming from the toilet.

A perfect stay for my husbands birthday treat!

This hotel was wonderful, and had a contemporary look. The staff were excellent and we were well looked after. Everywhere was spotless, the spacious lobby gave a feeling of grandeur and the room and ensuite was lovely. We were at the front of the hotel and so there was quite a lot of traffic noise. The location was perfect for us as we needed to be in the city centre for the theatre so you can expect traffic to be heavy.
The only negative was the breakfast price, £21 for full english buffet or £11 for continental.

Excellent in all respects

A fabulous hotel, excellent attention to detail, very high standards of comfort, design and room features- towels, bath robes, toiletries etc. Check in very swift, no fuss, room ready earlier than we expected. Location superb, on a very busy road but we were never bothered by noise. Would definately stay there again. Did not have breakfast at hotel- thought too pricy at £21 each. Plenty of cafes nearby. All staff very professional.

From the moment I rang the hotel to confirm my booking from the train, my arrival (with guide dog) to my return home to an email thanking me for my custom the whole experience was superb. If you need a hotel round the corner from the British Museum, tube and buses to everywhere, , or a quick walk to Tottenham Court Road or Covent garden, ,with an excellent chef at the hotel and you want to feel cared for use this hotel!

Stylish and comfortable

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for one night. We booked 2 superior double rooms but I was given a standard room and my daughter was given a disabled room with no bath. We queried this and the staff were most courteous and helpful. I was then put into a very nice deluxe room and my daughter was later moved to a room with a bath. In spite of being on a busy road the rooms were very quiet. Hotel was in a great location in Bloomsbury, just off Tottenham Court Road. I would recommend this hotel as a well-located and comfortable stay in London.

Overall bit disappointed

We booked this hotel with the intention of it being near the theatre and that we could drive and park our car at the hotel. After spending 2 hours in London trying to find the hotel round all the one way streets and road works we found it but because it was on a very busy main road we pulled in round the back and went in to ask where to park the car as it was advitised on late rooms valet parking. We were told the car park was down the road in a public car park. NO offer of valet parking. We found the car park and then had to carry our luggage in the pouring ran back to the hotel. Not only that but nowhere was it mentioned the cost of the car park which was £37 in the end for us. No hotel discount.
We then went to our deluxe room to dry off only to be disappointed in its appearance. It didnt feel like a deluxe especially for the price. It was clean and tidy but just felt small for the price. We also had booked a special package which included bottle of champagne and luxury picnic rug and strawberries. The champagne came with plastic glasses (one of which was cracked) and the luxury picnic rug wasnt luxury!
Overall a bit disappointed.
Bed was very comfy though!

Great Base for Covent Garden

We booked this hotel as somewhere to stay whilst going out with friends in Covent Garden. Was a great location being 5 to 10 minute walk to Covent Garden. We arrived at the Kenilworth Radisson (which is opposite!) by mistake and was kindly walked to the correct hotel by a member of staff and was greeted warmly by the reception staff there. Room was small but lovely. Had everything needed, iron, toiletries etc. Overall a great stay!

One night stay to cut travel times- very worthwhile

We stayed in the Radisson after returning from Paris to save having to rush to get connecting trains and I was very glad that we did. The hotel was very nice if a bit further away from the train station than i had imagined but a short taxi ride prevented any issues. The room was what i had expected and was the same as the one pictured on the late rooms site.
My only gripe was that the reception staff didn't confirm the cost of the room when i checked in (as I knew booking through late rooms got me the room considerably cheaper I wanted to check the cost) I later mentioned this on an email survey sent by the hotel- subsequently the hotel sent me very apologetic emails from for my 'distressing stay' which was very excessive as the stay overall was very pleasant.
