It was nice, small as expected, but with generally quality finishes. Some general housekeeping overlooked, but customer service excellent.

Great Value for money. Lovely, well furnished modern room. Bathroom was very nice, lots of mirrors, good shower, spacious. Definitely stay here again, a pleasant straight forward stay with a room which I was more than happy to spend my evening doing work in!

Great hotel and well located to get into Central London etc. Parking is very limited as is the desk staffs local knowledge. This is a great hotel with a good bar and rooms but check out parking and local restaurant facilities in advance.

The room was quite small but had everything I needed it was very Hot in the room and the aircon helped but did not make it cool enough. There is no car park and you have to feed the meter at 8am.

room 309 - very nice room comfy bed and well appointed bathroom good plasma tv nice tidy decor and spotlessBUT... be warned when i turned out the lights to go to sleep the room was very warm so tried the aircon and it was very noisy and ineffective and there was no change in the temperature. what was a real worry was i could not open the window and if i had been able to it would have done no good at all as there was a wall 4 inches beyond the window which was there for illusion purposes only. the hotel was very nice good location but i do ask you - a room with no window and malfunctioning air con a nightmare

Stayed here as an overnight stay to see a client. Great location, gorgeous hotel, really modern and well looked after. My only negative is the noise. Suprisingly, it's not the traffic outside. It's inside. The walls obviously aren;t soundproofed, I heard everything in the other rooms and the doors opening and closing outside the room all night. I got a terrible night sleep. What a shame as it's a fantastic place.

I had never even heard of this hotel...
I had never even heard of this hotel, but i must say that i was pleasantly surprised. On arrival the check in was swift and the receptionist made me feel very welcome. The room size was fair, but very well designed with much style !! All modcons, flat screen tv etc, it even had an ipod dock which i had never seen before in a hotel ! The staff were very nice, and despite being on the busy kilburn high street, there was no noise ! The only word of caution is don't eat in the restaurant/bar downstairs...the food was appaling !! I ordered chicken black bean sauce with rice.....and it looked like a plate of sick !! And it did not taste much better either !! But that is a minor problem as there is plenty of other places in the area to eat !! In a nutshell excellent hotel, and i highly recommend it !

I really like this hotel, modern, comfortable, peaceful, and it has baths and not just showers in the en suites. Not as central as some, but still very near tube station. The top floor rooms in particular are great.

An enjoyable stay in the Maida Vale end...
An enjoyable stay in the Maida Vale end of Kilburn as opposed to Maida Vale itself. I had already worked this out as I have knowledge of London. Hotel room was well appointed and recently done out so thumbs up there. Room was cosy - some would say small - but for London this is not untypical; anyway why do you go to London, to sit in your hotel room all day?!Took a while to check in as there was some confusion finding the "Late Rooms" fax (isn't it about time we got on to email?!!). Ben, at the hotel sorted it out though and was always helpful throughout the stay.We had a room at the back of the hotel so it was very quiet. Temperature could only be controlled by use of the air-con. This meant that at night it became very warm, as to leave the air-con on would have been noisy.Kilburn Park tube station is 5 minutes down the road and very handy for central London (Bakerloo line). Buses for Victoria and Paddington run down the Kilburn High Road towards Maida Vale. Didn't sample the hotel fayre as there are lots of interesting and reasonably priced eateries up Kilburn High Road. 'La Dolce Vita' provides and excellent cooked breakfast, all in for a fiver. Starbucks and Tesco's opposite the hotel for those little extras you might need.

I was disappointed with my stay at this...
I was disappointed with my stay at this accomodation. If it wasn't for the friendly and helpful staff (Yohan and Virginia specifically), my stay experience would have been borderline terrible. To begin with, the room was not well sound proffed. Noises could be heard in adjacent rooms and the floor above, makign it diffcult to rest with a young baby. Also, the hand shower hose was leaking making it difficult to wash without water spraying everywhere. And finally, the shower screen had come off the rail making it difficult to slide.Regarding food, although the continental breakfast was quite good, on three occassions, food was ordered from the menu and was told (only have 30 mins of waiting) that they were out of that item. This included a mains for dinner, as well as a desert itme and a hot breakfast item. In the end, the staff were very apologetic and a discount was given. I can understand that the hotel is very new (less than 6 months old) and some fine tuning is required. Because of this, I am more disappointed rather than angry. I hope that the management take this feedback as a way to improve the customer experience in the future.

Great location with a fab pub opposite and right by the tube. Room lovely and bed very comfy but could have done with more clothes storage, but we were there for 4 nights so fine for a shorter stay. Fantastic shower and spotlessly clean. Decor and ambience were gorgeous. Great place to lay your head after lots of sightseeing. Very good value when you consider what else you could (or not!) get for your money in Central London.

I booked an executive room. The so called queen size bed was smaller than the standard double I have at home and the room size was very small. The air conditioning was pooer and as the windows were sealed, the room was 'stuffy'. The receptionist was at best 'indeiffrent' to these issues when I mentioned them to her. Finally, I was givien the key to a mini bar that had no lock on it and contained just one bottle of beer! Not worth the hassle of getting to for the price, quality of service and accomodation.
