Summary
This was a clean hotel, although a bit dated, excellent location for Wembley, comfortable bed and free parking which is a massive bonus in London, website offered free map of London and free tour of London, neither of which were available
Summary
I have stayed at this hotel twice for 2 nights, and both times the room was found to be dirty, the quality of the plumbing in the bathroon is in poor condition, and the TV is antiquated. Not worth staying at this hotel.
Summary
The room was clean and comfortable. The receptionist on arriving was very helpful as there was a discrepancy with our booking but he sorted it out quickly and efficiently. There was a large party staying and on arriving it was extremely noisy, however there was no disturbance during the night. The location was good, a few minutes walk from the tube.
Summary
Excellent simple budget hotel - The rooms were very clean and well presented, albeit not at all modern - I'd forgotten what CRT TV's looked like! Free parking and only a five minute walk to Wembley Park underground station.
Summary
Family room had a really good size. big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. bathroom refurbished and very clean. continental breakfast great. would stay again.
Summary
Just didnt like the shower, wasnt hot and the shower head was rusty and not a lot of water comes out of it, dislike having to have a cold shower.
Summary
Just the job, inexpensive great service and close to tube . would recommend !
Summary
The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel needs abbot of refurbishment.
Summary
The room was clean no problem and the room was ok but let down a little by some tiles broken in bathroom, shower difficult to operate and windows were single pane. I shall be sending a full email of complaint regarding the lack of capability of the hotel to deal with an out of control wedding party which resulted in no sleep until after 02:30am.
Summary
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Room clean and large with all the required facilities. Continental breakfast was a couple of types of cereal, yoghurt, cheese, croissants and toast with juice and tea/coffee to drink. Ideal hotel to stay in whilst visiting the city as only 15 mins ride on the tube from the city centre and then a 4/5 minute walk from the tube station at Wembley Park, which was just right for us with 2 kids under the age of 5!
Summary
Firstly I would like to point out like other reviewers have mentioned, the hotel facade is dated. However don't let this put you off. When you bear in mind the whole area is still undergoing regeneration, this hotel is still very good inside. The plus points of this hotel were free parking (you might want to ensure your arrival if by car is not too late as parking is a bit limited, the Tube Station on the Jubilee Line is only a 5min walk away, the bedrooms are extremely spacious (we had a family room which had two large double beds which were very comfy), TV, coffee making facilities and very spacious bathroom.
We didn't have any evening meals at the hotel so I can't really rate them but the menu was around £15 per head for adults and around £8 for children. We did have the full breakfast one morning - although our son ate for free we still paid £14 per head which was a little steep. That aside we were having a break so had the treat.
For those families considering staying here's a tip....5mins drive away on the otherside of Wembley stadium is a huge IKEA - so if you aren't too fussed and are on a bit of a budget, go and have your evening meal there...it is right on the bus route too!
The reception staff were extremely courteous and welcoming and you can even purchase tickets to many of the capital's major sights so avoiding long queues. Despite being on the front of the building we all slept very well. I would definitely use this hotel again!
A very good hotel, easily accessible on the London tube network - be aware its zone 4 if you buy day tickets on the tube (not a lot more than zones 1 and 2 anyway). Only 5 minutes walk from the tube (Wembley Park). Had a family room which was huge! Not sure why they say child age should be maximum of 12 years as the room is perfect for 4 adults really. Infact, if they offered an option of a rollaway bed too, it would be perfect for the many "families of 5" there are in the world. Staff were very friendly, it was clean and felt safe. Would definately stay here again, rather than paying city centre prices.
Summary
Booked the quality inn through late rooms and was pleasantly surprised on arrival except for the limited parking. First night ate in the restaurant which was ok, bit pricy but you have the option to go anywhere when only 10 minutes from the tube. Last night was a bit worrying as on arrival after work it appeared there was a traveller wedding. Parking was limited anyway but the staff found me a space next to a white open back transit full of old TV's. After 5 minutes decided it wouldn't be wise so I parked offsite for the evening. Party went on till late so I used the premier inn down the road for food.
To sum up, excellent value through late rooms, limited parking, food ok, very clean,
good for the tube and beware of gypsy weddings.
staff very helpful. accomodation rather shabby but adequate for the discounted price. as we had children. Bar prices excessive for quality on offer price of crisps etc sent me to shop instead, this prevented us using it more.
Summary
Cold water in shower, blocked sink, bad heating, no room service available had to get any drinks by self from downstairs, TV had only 4 boring channels, jammed washroom door.
Summary
Was a nice hotel but not very nice to find plastic in pudding !
Summary
The room was spacious and clean. We did not spend much time in the room other than sleeping. So the fact that the TV remote did not seem to work correctly or that the over mirror light did not work did not bother us. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I am sure they would have sorted the minor problems with the room had we requested that they were attended to.

Summary
Very good value hotel. The room was good quality and had 2 double beds which was ideal for a couple and teenage daughter. Some noise outside where they were completing building work. I would definately stay here again for visiting London, 15 minutes from centre of London on tube.
Summary
The hotel is in a brilliant location, needs a serious amount of upgrade to their rooms and their electronic equipment, the fire alarm went off a few times during the late evenings and early mornings. Need more channels on the tv, and more packing space especially for being a family room there is not enough drawers for 2 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are tidy and clean but the exterior of the hotel is unpleasantly dirty and smelled.
I have stayed at this hotel a lot of times, the last time the hotel had allowed wedding to take over the hotel, the car park was hammered, my car was damaged, reported to the staff, who were less than helpful, spoke to the general managed who was even worse, couldnt wait to get rid of me and wash his hands of the problem. no cctv to help me get a plate number as the camera is a poor quality one. really shabby treatment form this hotel and the manager
I'll never stay again.
The hotel was perfectly satisfactory for a short business trip. It was not expensive, the room was a very good size, especially by London standards, and rail and bus access was excellent. The most disappointing part was the surrounding area. Just a stone's throw from Wembley stadium; I discovered a soulless area, not a single traditional English pub, no character and litter everywhere. Not an advert for an Olympic city by any means.
Summary
Basic accommodation. Suitable for half price deal.
Summary
Only good things to say about the hotel, was better than expected for the price we paid. Would stay here again.
Summary
Good value, clean, quiet handy for the stadium but close to tube.
Summary
Excellent customer service from staff who checked us in early. Hotel is in a prime position for Wembley stadium. Room was spacious and clean but could do with a little updating. Bed was comfortable. Public areas were clean
Summary
Very nice hotel curtious staff, great value for money, only 1 small negative when checking out must remove car from carpark by 11am if in london for leisure another 3/4 hours would not hurt (additional cost would apply)
Summary
The service by the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in was clean and functional, no frills but adequate, Parts of the hotel including the exterior of the building are in need of renovation.
Summary
Would not have paid full price to stay here. After a 200+ mile journey just wanted a bath, although there was a bath in the room the plug was far too small for the plug hole! so a bath was impossible, shower was the only option which was adequate. Was awoke early Saturday morning by (3am) by loud music coming from outside. Tea and coffee was provided but unfortunately no kettle to make a drink! Bed was comfy and there was a safety deposit box provided. Good base for a trip to London, handy for the Tube. Had a great weekend on the whole.
Summary
Had trouble finding space in the car park. Room was average but acceptably clean. TV was an old CRT model and didn't have many freeview channels available. Even though I was on the top floor it was extremely noisy overnight on the Saturday due to some sort of function until around 4am.
Summary
Comfortable hotel next to Wembley Stadium, so excellent transport links for bus / tube. Free car parking and ideal for overnight business / pleasure.
Summary
Dead easy to find and a pleasant stay. Nothing bad to say about the location.
Summary
Friendly, helpful staff. Although decor is a bit tired it is clean and welcoming.Car park is free which is a bonus.

Summary
The staff were very helpful my wife was not very well on the second day of our stay,so we booked out of the hotel. The staff offered her a coffe and asked her if there was any thing they could do, but she just wanted to go home and see her own doctor. The lady on reception said she could not have a refund as it was to late, but as she said that wasent a problem as she was the one that was ill. But a couple of days later, the hotel refunded the money wich was very good of them.
Summary
We stayed her because of the location to Wembley Arena. It's a 10 minute walk which after a day of working at the music festival was better than a 2 hour drive home. The room was relatively clean but needs updating. The room has strong smell of smoke.
Summary
Primarily used to visit friends nearby but had easy train links to the city.
Summary
Myself and family stayed at this hotel for 1 night we had a great stay all the staff were friendly and the room was a good size we had a meal on the night and it was realy nice the only thing bad i would say that the breakfast was expensive. but all in all a rely nice hotel.
