Quality Hampsetad is satisfactory

A very convenient hotel.Friendly and welcoming staff. Spotlessly clean, simple accommodation. Sunday breakfast was not of good quality but the price was very reasonable and you can't have everyhting !

Enjoyable Stay

Although we only stayed one night we found the Hotel staff to be pleasant and friendly and the room sufficent for our stay. We arrived early has I had some business in London but were allowed to book in and access our room and the breakfast next day was first class.

Not Bad

Thia hotel was in a good location a few mins from the tube stn and the bars/restaurants of the little O2 centre. Also no road noise as its just off the main road. The hotel was fine but I wouldn't say it was worth any more than £60/70 a night. I had the feeling that it had been a nice place but now needed some TLC. It's part of a chain though so hopefully it'll get it!
Quality of cooked breakfast wasn't great quality, a bit canteen food-ish, but there was plenty of it, and the waiting staff were good.
The room was clean with a tv, decent shower and comfy bed, all you need for a one or two night stay in the capital.

Well positioned hotel ideal for weekend city break

The hotel is situated on a quiet side street with a small car park allocated on a first come first serve basis. It is ideally located for someone wishing a clean, comfortable base to visit London. Do not expect frills however its comfortable bar area and good buffet style hot breakfast made up for its slightly tired look in some of the communal areas.If you expect the Savoy then pay Savoy prices but if you want a reasonably priced hotel in a good location this one fits the bill perfectly.

Great place

Good budget hotel in a good location for Central London

It's cheap, clean and in a good location. It's not going to blow your socks off, but I can't fault the location. Everything is nearby and they have free WI-Fi.
Breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly.

A very comfortable room, though parts of it could have done with a clean. Breakfast very good, with wide selection of food.
Will visit again.

Good

The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful, although breakfast is set and you are not asked what you would like. So if they manage to sort this problem out and maybe have self service on continental and then a menu for cooked this would make the place perfect.

Reasonable hotel in useful location. Not too far from central London. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately, we are unable to comment further as we were both stricken down by a stomach bug en route to the hotel. However, the room was good, the staff friendly but we couldn't avail ourselves of any facilities as we were quite poorly. Nothing to do with the hotel!!!
