Visit the Real Van Gogh exhibition in London

Art lovers are in for a treat as one of the most extensive exhibitions of Van Gogh’s work arrives in London on January 23rd.

Anyone staying in London hotels may want to visit the Royal Academy of Arts to catch a glimpse of some of the Dutch master’s paintings.

Van Gogh PortraitIn addition to his impressive pieces of work, there will also be a collection of more than 35 of his letters on display. These are rarely available for the public to view as a result of their fragile condition.

Running until April 18th, there is plenty of time for anyone with a love of Van Gogh’s distinctive style to visit the exhibition.

Sponsors of the exhibition BNY Mellon commented that the collection will “redefine our understanding and appreciation of one of the most revered figures in the post-impressionist movement”.

Paying a visit to the museum to see Van Gogh’s works was recommended by the Daily Telegraph on Friday (January 15th).
