From the minute we arrived at the hotel...
From the minute we arrived at the hotel, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were good with the children and couldn't do more to make you feel relaxed and at ease with arriving. The car was taken and parked by one of the staff and all bags were taken directly to our room.The room was fantastic and fresh, very well equipped with breath taking views of the River Thames and Westminster. You could relax and take in the views both during the daytime and evening. Robes and slippers werer provided for the evening and laid out on your bed on arrival back from a busy day out. Small gifts were left on the pillows which added to a lovely experience.Due to it being the Easter weekend the staff even had a lovely Easter Egg delivered to our room for the children. All in all a wonderful experience and i can't wait to return for a beautiful, relaxing stay.

booked through usual - arrived at hotel, outstanding service, hotel personnel actually came out to us in the foyer and greated us by our family name - great value, will def be using this hotel on a regular basis, for our trips to the theatre with children

Great suite Stunning view Could do with a...
Great suite. Stunning view. Could do with a good clean and a lIck of paint. I would have been disappointed if I had paid rack rate.
