Excellent in every way from arrival to checkout.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Lindon. The whole experience was excellent from the staff, to room, to food. It is excellent value for money considering the location.

Great hotel

The rooms were very clean and spacious. No noise from other rooms or from outside. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Area surrounding hotel was very clean and pleasant. Spa facilities were above average, good sauna and steam room but pool abit small and could do with more treatment options.

Top Notch

We checked in at 4pm to be told that none of the cheaper rooms were available, so we were upgraded to an Exec Suite on the 11th floor!! The two rooms were great, bed huge and very comfortable. There are cracking views over the Battersea Park and the Thames.
There was a 15 minute queue to check out at 11am the next day, but a very insginificant grumble given the quality of our stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Pestana

The hotel staff were polite, friendly and welcoming, which is very comforting in such stressful times.
The room was immaculate, with soothing but modern decor, Fabulous feel of space within the room without being overwhelming.
The bathroom/shower room was spacious, modern and spotlessly clean. Crisp white towels and matching crisp white robes added to the luxury.
I didn't have time to use the spa, but I will definitely return to the Pestan Chelsea Bridge, and indulge in some relaxing treatments.
Well done to all the staff for being so polite and friendly.

Checking in

When you have travelled miles its great to checked in by a helpful and friendly staff.
Room was clean, modern and comfy. Only slight issue is the distance from a tube if you need access.

Great hotel, excellent value for money.

Fantastic hotel, a little hard to find though as it's not sign posted from the road and set back in a cul-de-sac. Excellent facilities, room was lovely, very modern and stylish. Car parking was a little confusing, but sound once we'd worked it out (just park anywhere except the reserved bays - ignore the coloured zones). Didn't get chance to try out the pool or spa but will make the effort next time.

Lovely new hotel, taxis the only issue

Faultless stay, but a hotel in london needs to sort out how it gets taxis for its customers. Oh and the pool doesnt open until 8am which is no good for business travellers. Otherwise a great stay.
