GREAT value for money

If you were paying £100 plus for this you would be disappointed, but at £39 it is a fantastic deal and HIGHLY recommended. Yes you can find faults, but so you can in the most expensive hotels. This represents a great place to stay with friendly staff, comfortable good sized clean rooms with fresh sheets and towels. Its close to the underground and plenty to see and do in easy reach. Don't forget to get your Oyster card!

Good Value

Was given a duplex triple room when had booked a single so plenty of space. Very friendly at reception. bathroom very clean but difficult to obtain hot water from shower. Great location - 2 tube stations within 10 minute walk and Whiteleys centre just 5 mins away. Good rate £39 so very good VFM

We stayed in a 3 single bed room and there was adequate space for us 3 girls. The room was basic but clean and good value for money. We were staying 1 night only after seeing a show in Camden and it was just what we needed. Breakfast was included, cereals, toast, boiled eggs, cheese, tomatoes, cucumber and a bowl of fruit salad! but again adequate for the price

Overnight Stay in London

The location of the hotel was ideal, easy access to bus, train theatre and restuarants. The hotel was claen and tidy and the staff reasonably friendly. Our room was small but adequate , would have been improved by removing the single bed - with a double bed in the room it left little room. we had a very poor nights sleep as the guests in the room above were extremely noisy ( all night) and there was also a lot of movement throughout the night in the corridoor outside the room. Such a shame. We would use the hotel again but would insist on a room on the top floor!!!!

Beautiful place

It's near Hyde park, but a little noisy. But the money is worth the money any way.

NEEDS MODERNISING!

The hotel is in a good location but parking can be a problem. The room was very old fashioned and needs updating. The shower is simple. You either get really hot water or cold water. The TV was really old. Breakfast was basic but cant really complain. Value for money.

Excellent convenient location and value for money

Superb location in a typical London 'village' borough with shops buses tubes nearby and walking to central parks and locations easy. NIce staff, nice rooms and excellent buffet breakfast for most tastes.
Overall excellent value for money.

Pleasant and bargain

Small room, but everything else was great. Cheap, clean, good quiet location to stay. Bit hard to find hotel as Princes Square doesnt have a logical numbering system, so good to check excatly where on the square the hotel is located prior to leaving. Otherwise you may end up walking an extra mile in the opposite direction.

1 night stay

We need just a bed for the night and the breakfast was a bonus.
It was just what we needed nothing too fancy just a pleasent place to stay.
The food was adiquate and really nice coffee.
The only one downfall we had was that the people above us where noisey sounded as though they were jumping on the floor. We had to bang back as it got too much after 12.30am then it stopped. Pipes were bit noisey too.
I live in the country so not use to city life and noise.
Room was very warm and bed very comfortable.
Will stay again.

Small but clean

After Reading reviews we were apprehensive. The welcoming was a bit cold! Our room seemed a single room with double bed squeezed in! Hardly enough room to move. Blanket on bed not duvet! But room was clean. Bathroom spacious and clean with clean towels both days. But no plug in sink!! Breakfast was ok! And although staff worked hard to replenish empty dishes and toast - there still wasn't enough! Hotel good as a base! Basic but clean.
