An excellent place to rest overnight. Would not want to stay for too long but served the purpose. It was cheap and clean.

Contracting in South London, looking fot the following: Clean, Plenty of hot water, Cheap as chips thats what you get from Pekham Lodge.

A very nice hotel that is being refurbished to a high standard. Good transport links although they are a little far away for trains and tubes. You pay for what you see!

Although they were renovating and there was some construction work going on, the hotel was nice, clean and good value for money.
Free wireless internet in the room and in the lobby. Much appreciated.

Clean tidy room , not the biggest but ok, plenty of hot water and quiet.

The room was clean the only thing. I would complain about was the reception of the tv and also no bar facilities

Basic accomodation, good value for location, if you expect bells and whistles this hotel is not for you.If you need a place to stay close to London on a tight budget then fine. Not the sort of area to go walkabout at night,all in all as long as you realise this is a low budget hotel then you will have no complaints. Be warned car parking is limited to about 12 cars not many for a large hotel.

We wanted cheap accommodation just for one night, as my friend had an interview at the University nearby early in the morning. Peckham Lodge was very cheap so we did not expect a great hotel. However, we did not expect poo to be left in the toilet when we arrived from previous guests! Nor did we expect mould on the ceilings. Other than this, the room was ok for a one night stay.

The room was small but clean, ideal for one nights stay. Bathroom was also clean. Reception staff were helpful and booked us a taxi where we needed to go. Overall the hotel is basic but it was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Would not stay longer than a few nights though.

I was disgusted with my stay at this hotel.
We stayed here on new years eve & paid £85 for the 1 night. The first room we was provided with was in a outhouse which had just been built, the room had saw dust & nails all over the floor & no bedding was provided, the hotel had clearly not prepared for us.. I then requested to move room & was provided with another room in the new building, the paint work was still wet & the toilet had leaked all over the floor, we decided to not cause more of a fuse until the electric blew after we had been in the room for 10 minutes, I report this to the reception then waited for then to attend to the problem.. By this point I was furious & wanted to change room again & was provided with a tiny room in the basement.. The staff wasn't friendly & did apologise for their errors. They couldn't provide any tourist information..
I was advised that breakfast was included & this was cold sausage & boiled eggs, toast and cornflakes, there was a microwave in the breakfast bar for customer to use themselves, no staff to help
The location was frightening with gangs hanging around the hotel
