Summary
We had a family room which was well laid out and the kids loved the 2 tv's!! Great customer service and the facilities were fantastic - we all loved the pool. Great location and really good value considering the location.
If you're driving, best options for parking are on the South Bank.
Would definitely stay here again.
I have only given the room a 3 because the first room allocated to me had no windows at all and was extremely claustrophobic. This was not mentioned in the booking. If it had been I would not have booked this room. If you are claustrophobic check before you book as it feels like you are in a dungeon. After I paid for an upgrade the room was superb and the hotel is in a fantastic location. Close to Waterloo Station, London Eye, Big Ben etc. I didn't eat in the hotel restaurant as there a lots of places around the hotel to go out and eat. The Concierge at the hotel were extremely helpful.

Summary
Excellent service by concierge. Disappointed that we were allocated a twin room despite booking a double originally. Also, our room did not have mobile signal, which is a real negative point for a business traveller. Fortunately the hotel agreed to transfer us to another room. Overall the hotel had good facilities but the muted lighting is too dark for me.
Summary
Great hotel - quiet (even though it is on a main thoroughfare they seem to have perfected the soundproofing), spacious room with free internet access. I booked a superior double but got upgraded to a studio which was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again and try to make more use of the facilities like the coffee shop!
Summary
The hotel is perfectly situated for exploring the city- a couple of mins walk from Waterloo Station and right next to Westminster Bridge. We had seen photos but could not believe how close it was! Hotel is well decorated, rooms were clean and they had all the ammenities we needed. The only problem we had was that we planned to use the pool area but there were quite a few kids being noisy in there so we only lasted a couple of minutes, but we were told it is adults only in the evening. Got a good deal through LateRooms and were very happy with the value for money we reccieved.
Summary
Excellent location for the South Bank. Hotel excellent value . Very friendly , helpful staff. Very busy , quite anonymous but no bad thing for that . Would definitely stay again
Summary
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the hotel and staff. The decor was fantastic (especially the large art work on the bedroom wall and wardrobe. The room safe was very handy. We got a free upgrade from a room with an internal view to a room where we could see Big Ben and The Houses of Parliament. It was handy for Waterloo Station and the Underground. We had continental and English breakfasts and they were both of top quality.
The swimming pool and facilities were very good. We would definitely stay there again and again!
My only critique is the amount of time it took to check into the hotel.
Summary
My partner and I took his young daughter to this hotel for a weekend in London. It was everything I could've wished for. The room was great, spacious, clean and had everything you needed. The view was a bit grim but I believe if you are willing to pay more you can get a better view. Location was also great.
We had a wonderful time and was sad to say goodbye. We would definitely visit again.
Thumbs up from us!
Clean, modern, friendly hotel which is perfectly placed next to all the major sites to see.
Summary
This is a fabulous hotel. I was lucky enough to receive an upgrade to a suite, however the quality of reception and all facilities conveys the impression that this is a hotel which knows how to treat guests properly.
Summary
We had the most wonderful stay at this hotel, the staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel was booked for the pool & location which didn't disappoint. We had booked a family room but got upgraded to a 2 bed suite, a real treat and was the icing on the cake for our stay. Overall lovely time had by all would def return.
Summary
This hotel has huge rooms that are very modern and nicely decorated. A short walk to Waterloo or Westminster stations. Great value.

I booked a weekend away for my boyfriend and I for a very special occasion. I chose the Plaza due to the fantstic location and stunning views over London. On arrival, I was impressed with the hotel it's self, it is chic and comtemporary.
I had made a special request and booked a studio (no children but I wanted a laregr room with living space). On arrival in our room, we found it to be dark and a sofa bed made up for our 'children' which I explained 3 times we didn't have? I had speciifically requested a city view room with an inconic view on the website and reiterated this when checking in. I was not advised at any point that you need to pay extra for this, nor was this mentioned on Late Rooms. After viewing our 'view' (a building site and high rise hotel) I went down to reception to complain. They moved us to another room, equally as disspointing, and did not check to see if we were happy etc. I would have happily paid more for another room, with a better view, but it wasn't until my second complaint that this was mentioned and by which point he said that they were all fully booked.
I was really dissapointed as I paid £230 (without breakfast) for one night is a distinctly average hotel room. The hotel itself is top notch but i think the customer service is impersonal and the rooms are overpriced.
We had a room consisting of a lounge, bedroom, bathroom and small kitchenette which had views of the London Eye, Big Ben and Houses of Parliament. Best sized rooms for the money I have found anywhere in London. Have stayed before and will stay again.
Summary
We booked this hotel based largely on the fact that it had a swimming pool and on its location. We were not disappointed. An adequately-sized family room. Friendly, helpful staff, responding to queries and requests almost immediately. Great restaurants, cafe and bar, we had a fantastic meal on Friday evening in the French restaurant. The swimming pool was lovely, although we had to wait for it to empty a little before we could go in on Friday. Great location, opposite Big Ben. Will definitely return.
Summary
My wife and I stayed here for our second year wedding anniversary and we were very happy with the Park Plaza Westminister Bridge hotel. The hotel had wonderful service, excellent massage treatment in the spa facility, a variety of lovely decor, a state of the art swimming pool with fancy blue lighting, and just a well rounded atmosphere. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who would like to stay in the area.
Summary
This is a high quality hotel with a modern quirky look and feel. The entrance is large and spacious and this follows throughout the hotel. The staff were formal and courteous although clearly scripted. I stayed in an immaculate double room that continued with a very modern feel. The room had no external windows and the ‘dress’ window looked out into a large central shaft running down through the hotel. However, this did not detract from the quality of the room and I would certainly say their again. I did not use any of the other facilities so cannot really comment further.
Summary
We had a lovely stay in the Park Plaza Westminster hotel. It was a good central location for a family with 2 children for a weekend visiting London. The hotel and room were great. The children loved it, especially the swimming pool.
Summary
The booking was for my husband's 50th. I had advised them of this and there was a complimentary cake waiting in our room when we arrived.
Gym and spa facilities were good. .
Exceptionally high quality hotel - modern, clean and efficient - much better than most other 4/5 star Hotels I have stayed in London.
Would have liked it to be slightly cheaper but you get what you pay for and room was certainly ideal for a family - more aimed at adults with pre-teens than toddlers but that was fine as it suited us perfectly.
Staff very efficient and polite and underground pool/spa excellent.
Highly recommended.
We had an excellent stay and were very impressed with the location, service, room and food. And we hope to return soon and use the 15 metre swimming pool...
Fabulous hotel, perfect for our family treat. Family room exactly as described. Only negative comment would be knowledge of staff. We wanted to book breakfast but needed to know if a vegitarian option was available. Staff were unable to tell us so we had to make alternative arrangements. Shame because we would have liked to have spent more time at the hotel so making use of the facilities. however would definately go back.
Summary
We booked this hotel to celebrate the New Year and we were not disappointed! Fabulous location, from our bedroom window we could see the London Eye. Really friendly staff and very comfortable room with excellent facilities. Very efficient service with staff wanting to please. Good breakfast choice. We would certainly return!
Summary
Lovely hotel, excellent rooms, exceptionally clean , food was poor .. So my recommendation would be to stay here, and eat else where !
Summary
Both pillows and duvet contained feather/down and, as an asthmatic, this is not good for me. Changed pillows but did not mention duvet, discovered this at 3am, and were given single one and sheet. Therefore not a great nights sleep!
Summary
We were extremely happy with our studio room overlooking Big Ben and Westminster Bridge. We will most definately return to this hotel whenever we go back to London. Staff are very nice.
Summary
We only had a one night room only stay but after a good evening in town the room was very pleasent, bed was very comfortable, facilities in room were excellent and would have no hesitation booking again.
Summary
Great location, super friendly service, excellent facilities in the room - will definitely be coming back soon
Summary
Only problem: mobile reception patchy or non existent in some hotel rooms.
Summary
Very helpful at check in as we were 3 hours early.
Summary
A fantastic hotel in a great location, very modern and clean.

Summary
Fantastic location! Staff very helpful and friendly. The only thing which was disappointing was our second floor view of the block opposite and the pillows which were far too soft!! But compared against the luxurious room, great value and location, these criticisms pale into insignificance! Would definitely stay there again.
Summary
Unfortunately we had booked this hotel and there was a problem with the system which meant we had booked a room which was unavailable. The staff at Park Plaza could not have responded better - they phoned as soon as they discovered the error - provided another room (upgraded) at a hotel closer to the theatre we were going to, they gave us a bottle of wine, chocolates and threw breakfast in for free - the people I dealt with on the phone and at the hotel made us feel like valued customers who genuinely wanted to make the right impression and encourage us to use their chain of hotels again - how refreshing......we had a fabulous weekend.
Summary
Absolutely fantastic experience....
Summary
A fantastic location. Modern clean hotel. Great restaurant and cafe with an evening menu for children. Eating in was so convenient. The children loved the pool, but it was quite busy and noisy. Best to avoid if you are looking for a quiet swim.
